Do stocks until you have a few ten thousand and a good income, then buy a rental property and put the income into stocks and savings for another rental property
then who is paying the mortgage?
@Lol_A_Frog the tenants. For example, you buy a house where the mortgage is about $1800/mo, then you charge a tenant like $2000/mo
Both of you are great in---vestments.
boo, go home.
okay that was a funny pun.
take my like and go
Thx for your help
Real estate: more active, almost like a job. Medium risk high reward high effort
Stocks: more passive, and very versatile
Could be high risk high reward high effort(day trading)
Could be low risk low reward minimal effort(just put money in a index/mutual fund which covers most of the top companies, like vanguard)
Options are the best option, obviously!
yeah but option trading permissions can be quite annoying when getting started, especially in the EU + they're risky AF, yk you don't just see in the future... but yeah they're almost as good as bonds and futures.
@@alessiogreco8244I think he was joking lmao
I love ur vids mate
Ok friend 😂 I like where this convo is headed. Great content!
Why not both
This editing 👌
Nice vid
Legends say he's still deciding.

Real estate is great wealth generator little to no money at all to start like stocks it’s just more complicated lol
I knew he was going to say that
How about both
Oil.

Only 77 likes, too early
I prefer stocks cause I earned 1000 percen in the tesla stocks and that was my first 100k
Yoooo nice
niche advice, until it isnt
any SINGLE business is a hit or miss.
i wish I had a ground floor stock
Really
True
make a video about real estate
can you make your all video playliat
When you find out it’s not 30 seconds but 36 seconds 😮😮😮😮
TLDR; If you have the money and time go for Real Estate, If you're short on time but still wanna invest want something easy go with stocks.
Fax
Personally I'm gonna go with stocks here because I'm all for investing small amounts over a long term plan. As a customer i know which companies will make it out there and won't go bankrupt while with real estate I'll have to make sure I'm investing in the correct property. Not to mention, it does require you to put a hunk of money in real estate investment
I invest in both, I like real estate more because you’re in control of the asset. Also paying down mortgage is almost like a forced savings account since you’re building equity for something you’re gonna pay for anyway. For stocks it’s entirely based on 1. The consumer and 2. The CEO or large shareholders. If consumer spending trends flip you could lose money. If a different CEO or large shareholder comes in they can change the entire direction of the company and it could be bad. But I’m the type of person that thinks if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself, and I like a hands on approach of investing.
0.1k is a decimal of what my family is doing
Neither, watches.
The crashing is a result of quantum tightening, in other words the money printers are flipping in reverse.
Real estate for me
You look like my computer sciences teacher
Investment is about timing to some extent. Real estate is in a state where you will want to sell right now.
Wdym?

There's a real estate bubble. It's about to burst.
@bobfg3130 it's been 9 months. Still inflated. No crash yet. But isn't that what they said in the 70?
real estate is just hands down better but stocks have their place
Treasury bonds
Why not go 50/50
With respect the guy saying 3 AM clogged toilet is an issue NEVER READ a book on how to be a real land lord. In my applications that clients have to sign it flat out says... "If the clog happens after hours they are to call the plumber themselves, if the plumber says the clog was caused by the tenet than the tenet will be charged for the fee and the inconvenience charge the plumbers charged.
Just purchase a PC for USD500.
There is also gambling I think people call it Crypto
my idea would be to start on stocks, then move to real estate for some time then do both playing safely with stocks
Invest your real estate gains into stocks, done.
But you don’t get real estate gains until the rent you charge is more than the your monthly payment
That's the opposite of what you should do😂
Do it the other way around. With real estate you get to have multiple reliable income streams and if it depreciates you can write that off on your taxes. Invest stock gains in real estate
@@user-gc7xy2yz5b Yeah, and you have to be financially stable to start with the real estate market and many people aren't.

Real estate is loosing value very rapidly too
That’s a terrible way to think
@@mangoi3 and why? Volatility is a very real risk of investing (unless you don't Care about that of course)
Stocks is the safer/legal version of gambling. Anyone could use it since it's only requirement is to have an internet connection. But in my opinion real estate can really help you if you go bankrupt while stocks is just a 50/50
As in investing or trading?
Im 15 and cant start working at 18 if my mom even allows it and i wanna retire as early as possible and travel the word
i think first we can invest in stocks, start with small money and get enough to buy real estates.
Crypto: allow me to introduce myself, i can change your 10,000$ to 100$ in 1 day
I ain’t trust real estate since chinas biggest real estate firm filed for bankruptcy but it all depends on how old you are
I have a question; would house flipping be profitable
Right at the Point.
Housing Market is about to crash anyway so it's best not to invest in either at the moment
I think both would be best
bro, how the hell can you complain when, your real estate gives you 10k a month, the real problem here is, the government can just say " you don't have to pay rent.
Hey, I noticed the bar at the bottom of your video goes much faster than it should. You can fix this by having the first key frame at 0, and start at 0% and then the another key frame at the last frame of your video, at 100%. It will be perfectly synched.
yeah I noticed that too. like how tf did the red bar win the race 😨
A house isn’t an investment. It’s a Home.
This is referring to rental properties outside of your main home
I own a home to live in it. You own a home to make money of of it. We are not the same person.
Considering I'm inheriting my childhood home when my parents retire in a couple years, having only lived there and in a dorm, it's free real estate.
Hey, so I have 20k that I can access when I turn 18 and live in California, what would be the best investment under those circumstances?
LOL
OH MY GOD MAN
WHY CANT YOU SAY IT NOW???
Boomer investment 🤣
I'll just do both
Ahhh! The answer was so close! I was so into it, then you screwed it up. Poo on you. Ok well I guess I will watch your tic tac shorts.
Don't buy a house to make money from it. You live in a house
Guys we’re missing someone who forgot to invite cryptocurrency nowadays he’s pretty different so different that he’s almost an entirely different investment then stock
This guy is such a hypocrite
invest on slaves
Protip:invest 5,000 each.Because u,ll have low chances of lose.
He really did us like that
And intelligent person would say both, diversifying your portfolio
He’s becoming self aware
Pin me, I’m early
why do you expect him to do that?
