I truly think Nick may have one of the best jobs in the world. Touring and testing some of the most interesting and fun craft on the sea, and for someone who used to draw boats as a boy? Truly living the dream! Thanks for taking us along, as always, good sir!
Very, very quick! I couldn't believe just how far the bow was out of the water - on the plane indeed - half the boats length by the drone footage (which was excellent!) Onya Nick!
I saw the very same boat only a couple of weeks ago while completing close quarter maneuvres of my PB2 course (which I qualified) in Ocean Village. She looks every bit as good in the flesh as in your terrific video. I want your grin Nick, it look so much fun.
Now that is my kind of boat. Awesome. Great fun and what a turn of speed. Yes, I could live on that, almost. Thank you, Nick. Let's see who gets one first, you or me.
🦘🇦🇺 Appears to have been designed to dance on the wave tops. It handled the wake crossing really well. Loved your music track. Thank you Nick for a great spin. ⚓️🙏
Hi Nick, Now that is one of your fastest and shortest show on Aquahokic out there but it start slow with the start of those engines and then it goes fast on a choppy sea 47 knots wow that is fast great Nick ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very nice! When you think about it, 80 years or so back the only boats doing close to that were MTB's & RAF rescue launches. And some of the mine laying destroyers were capable of 38 - 44 knots. The background music, though she is fair of voice and it a good tune, is no substitute for the roar of those engines.
And I've found a new song to enjoy. Like Icarus We Fly fitted perfectly with the footage of you giving it plenty. It's a great looking boat with oodles of room and some great features. If only I was rich ☺
This video was so fun to watch! It made me smile and happy for a few minutes. Great to see the different styles of videos on your channel Nick, keep it up please!
Lovely. You seemed to have such fun. Enjoyed the music too. Did James? Saw him back there on his phone like every other teenager 😁. This is a very interesting boat. Though I'm of an age where I'd prefer the larger boat you drag raced with. I did notice a Princess V58 on a Miami Boat channel, and then found you didn't have one on your channel. You have a V57 and a V60. Are there still Princess models for you to track down?
@@AQUAHOLIC You have an older one where a V58 is being use as a chase boat for a Monterey. Otherwise I don't see one if I search your channel. Google search doesn't show one either. There is a brief walk through in MB&Y by Jack Haines that is also years old. He looks so young and trim - on the other hand you haven't changed. What's your secret?
A long day of boredom so I need a blast I need to find someone to go real fast Who else but our Captain Nick Plowing waves aboard Maggie's Magic Thank you
Hey Nick, crazy idea but if you should ever decide to add to the yacht charter section of your channel, how about taking a group of just all your friends who have all appeared on the channel in the past for instance, the once yearly boating sports rally group or those folks who did the Exeter canal with you? You can call it the Aquaholic reunion channel Charter, or maybe not let’s edit that out, ha ha
Or better yet just a small party possibly Greg and Sally, Sue and her first mate, then yourself any of the three ways doesn’t matter it’s filmed or not, fun will occur just a few thoughts take them or ignore them as you please. sincerely a loyal fan from across the pond in the land of 10,000 lakes
EXCELENT price for the ,,thing,, ! incredible value...in 10-15 years time I hope it will get to 100k or so...then I'll afford one...AMAZING! my all time favorite! I Salute you from Romania
Hi Nick, what kind of flex is there in the black cowling overhead? Looks like a lot but that could be optics from the reflection of the water. Great video!
I know it's a lot of money, but the price-tag doesn't seem over high for a boat like this, with all it has to offer, and in comparison with boat prices in general.
Thats surely quick. What’s staggering me still, that some soviet destroer leaders for example, could go over 43 knot with length around 130 meters… after that, super yachts do not surprise that much in terms of speed… battleships were not slower by much, like Iowa class of 33 knots, being almost a city inside.
The length is how they got the speed. If you Google 'hull displacement speed' all will be explained, but in essence, at displacement speeds, the longer the boat, the faster it is able to travel through the water.
Hi Nick Great video and impressive performance. What’s the engine setup please? I guess this is petrol turbo/super charged with that rapid responsiveness and top end 😎
To me this looks like quite a bit of noise for not a whole lot of movement. I think a pair of quiet diesels would suit a boat like this better like the Windy 34 Alize.
@@AQUAHOLIC I agree, the top speed is sufficient to say the least but on the video it sounded quite noisy already below 30 knots which isn't too fun on a sporty cruiser like this. Compare this to the Alize and it basically flies in almost silence. Each of their own I guess!
@@AQUAHOLIC I saw it thank you :-) but I’m sure is just a starting price netto and not the price for a all extras on board 😉 Thank you for your great content every time!

Ha ..I always thought Nick was fond of sport boats. Comparing this to a sport bike only convinces me he has an affinity for sporty handling ...So what would you consider this ..certainly not a Speed Triple RS maybe a 675 Daytona or a Street Triple RS.
my favourite part of this is at 0:52 when the dude in the back wasn't quite ready for the throttle up. 😂😂

While was going to be 'breezy' at that speed , boat looked pretty stable .
Cool music too .
One does what one can... 😊
That looked like a fun day, thanks for taking us along Nick.
Thanks for joining us!
Wow great feeling of speed with the wind whistling by. Nice one Nick 😊
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Petrol boats really make a great sound. Those V8s humming along there.
What a thrill ride this is! She hauls serious posterior.

I didn't really notice any.
Go on Nick buy it and Fairline do Nick a good deal it will be good advertising for the brand
Smuggler's Blues 3 🤘
I wish!! 😄
I love Fairlines. Wish they would do 80-90 footers. If anyone from Fairline is reading this I have some concepts of the ultimate 80-85 footer.
If you look at where Fairlines are built, you'll see why there are no 80-90 footers. They couldn't get them out by road. 🙂
I want one .. immediately 😂
Thanks for the ride. Great soundtrack. Who was that?😊
