@@hugoberganza2984 no not too hard I would suggest taking the stock bars off and switching everything side by side and just take your time make sure you attach each wire to the correct wire which are color coded pretty easy
Not sure of the horsepower but it's a 107 cubic inch Milwaukee 8 1750 cc engine with the air filter and exhaust it and it's light weight it feels like a monster with lots of torque
No need to extend brake or clutch for 12" bars only control wires had to be extended the bike comes with 10" bars from the factory so it wasn't much off a difference in length
