We show you our first look at Tiana's Bayou Adventure as well as we give you our family reviews about this new ride. Is it better than Splash Mountain? Will people enjoy this ride? Splash Mountain had a better storytelling, for sure. And more Animatronics. And was more fun, had more color and a real sense of “Adventure”. Princess Tiana deserved a really new ride and not just a sort of makeover. Well, just my opinion. I have 50 years visiting WDW (1974) once a year and I think there are some attractions that You can label as “classics”. Pirates, Mansion, Big Thunder, etc… Splash Mountain, for me, had that status. It was a classic! You can improve, add new effects, do such things, but never get rid of them, for whatever reason. But, again, It’s just an opinion from an old (and I mean it) Disney fan. Have fun, folks! ✌️

I think I like the original ride better. I miss the old song. This theme seems a little dark. Thank you for the video though. I was curious about when the ride was going to reopen.

I found it to be a shameful replacement to Splash Mountain.
I wish ppl will stop hating this is beautiful ride❤. I am major Tiana fan ❤. I can't wait for Disneyland ❤. I wish she did have a ride like Snow white bc I would it all day bc i don't like drops or heights smh lol. But thr hate for this ride us just unreal n the comments r sad. I think it is great n disney work hard.

I think it’s great! I think once people let go of splash mountain they’ll love this ride. Truth is splash mountain was showing its age and it was time to pack it up. Here’s to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure 🎉

It definitely serves two different types of audiences. SM is considered a classic, and that’s hard to let go. Tiana’s ride was made for the newest and future generation. Eventually, it will be appropriate it by many. Thank you so much for watching!
Rides showing their age that need to pack it up - Autopia, Matterhorn, Jungle Cruise, Mark Twain, Big Thunder, Pirates of the Caribbean, Small World, Dumbo, Peter Pan, Snow White, Star Tours, Space Mountain, Mr Toad's, Roger Rabbit, Storybook Land, Casey Jr, and the other ones.
