- The Gacha Gods did not treat me well during this Monster Hunter Limited Crossover Banner for Aerith's Kamura Dress and Wand in Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis. I got a decent amount of wishlist, and some non-wishlist pulls (unfortunately) but not much else from this limited banner.... ugh but that's how it can go sometimes which can just be depressing lol but I refuse to spend any money on the game when things like this happen.

Thanks dude, this was a tough one to swallow just because Aerith is my favorite but oh well.. depending how im looking on crystals right before the banner expires I might go against my best judgement and pull one more page lol but I really want enough to pull 1 page of the summer event and 1 page for vincent too... tough choice
@@CaponeToneTony oof that’s a tough call since you love Aerith but bro tbh that weapon even at B5* is still soo good, the difference will only be truly relevant in about 2% of content. I think ya might be more bummed to miss out on Vincent because if you have 30K you are basically guaranteed his weapon/costume but 30K more for Aerith banner might yield nothing which would be soooo brutal. Sleep on it man, but I vote Vincent 🙏🏽🍻

Had a pull session like this a few months ago and it made me quit the game (combined with lack of QoL features). They really need some type of rolling gacha to even the bad luck out. Hope you keep marching forward since I enjoy keeping up with the game through your content.
Yeah it hurts mainly from an OCD standpoint to not get OB6 on Aerith's weapon since I haven't drawn on her in forever and she's my fav, her weapon even at OB3 is still great tho but bleh 😂. I agree they should have some kind of pitty system in play to avoid luck like this and not gonna lie..it was a bit discouraging. I'll still play the game but it def hurt my will a bit to stick with it long term. My first ever gacha was F2P gacha was Fire Emblem Heroes which I also quit because of terrible pull luck. Glad you enjoy the content... Thank you

Your luck with the gold weapons/stamps was pretty good, but it's crazy how often wishlist weapons win over banner weapons.
They should really increase the drop chances further since they are so limited.
And they probably won't return either, unless there's another MH banner in the future where you can wishlist them again.
They're doing this with the anniversary weapons and since a FF9 remake and a new Monster Hunter is in the works... who knows...
I filled 3 and a half pages on this banner and used up as much crystals.
Also had to use red crystals and weapon parts to get Kuruma wand to OP6.
Most of the pull videos I've seen for this banner haven't been particularly good in terms of the weapons featured.
Glad you got the wand to OB6 and yeah a lot of content creator's luck hasn't been good on this one 😂 luckily the weapon is still really good at OB3 but this one def hurt since Aerith is my favorite

oh dam, they really should have 2-3x guarantee featured weapons per page, i spent 96k gems got to ob10 for Aerith and ob 3 for tifa, used 40-45 weapon parts aswell
yeahhh I feel they should make at least 1 guaranteed limited weapon per page and not stop after 3. Congrats on your pulls!

They really need to make atleast OB4 guaranteed on those event banner. I would set an event weapon at the end of every page of the banner.
Agreed, at least OB4 is possible to get to OB6 eventually with weapon parts. OB3 tho I feel this weapon will be outclassed by the time I get enough parts
Sorry for you dude, I got really lucky and got Aerith weapon at OB6 and just 18 parts away from OB7 in three exact pages with just 16 pulls. I am sure the game will compensate you in the future ❤

I will say. This truly was a reality check for me to realize what a limited banner can be like and that I should tread very carefully. I mean that wholeheartedly. This was a lesson I needed to see and I thank you for taking the bullet for us

Yep I spent 100k plus and still spending my f2p crystals in Zack and clouds banner I only got ob7 Zacks weapon and ob5 on clouds it's ridiculous since clouds was the weapon I went for in the Stamps this is really bad odds

I got OB 10 and OB 7 on only 2 pages 😅 Just kidding toni. This was also my last limited banner. Problem is you need the featured weapons. Otherwise they will stuck forever. Other than that your luck was pretty decent. Same on my account, but just didnt got any featured ones. Not even enough parts.
Makes more fun to pull 3 times first page instead of going deep into an limited with an underwhelming outcome.
Yeah it honestly just makes more sense to stay away from limited banners to avoid crazy resource drain like this. Just go 1 page deep or 2 pages deep on a normal banners and hit your wishlist along the way. Sure some limited weapons are kinda broken but the game's banners will always keep getting better and better regardless because its a gacha.
Try using a little trick by waiting 4 seconds to pull. I guarantee 70% success.

damn sorry to hear about your start, hopefully it got better as it went on. Honestly my 5 star luck wasn't bad, but none of the featured limited weapons is brutal
@@CaponeToneTony i ended up spending 63k to get to end of page 3. Ob6 and half tifa and ob2 aerith. Gold count was 23 to 21 pulls so it's not terrible i guess, but i got like hald of the pulls were duds and 1 stamp.. Back to saving mode until anniversary. ✌️
@@NguyenNguyen-qn4nw OB6 Tifa is still nice if thats who you were aiming for. OB2 Aerith is really solid too, still can get good use out of that weapon. Good stuff!

that's why i'm very nervous drawing for Aerith today too, and why I try my best to self control no matter how much i want a weapon. Some weapons just never pop up no matter how hard you chase. The game seems to have abundance of certain weapons throwing at you, or doesn't seem to have it at all. I got 10 copies of Murasame from random pulls not wishlisted, and even on the limited half anni banner....but centipede has been on my wishlist since it came out, never came once. I see Nitelight9 chasing the Tifa guide gloves and it never popped other than the guaranteed.
my draws today were ok, started out bad but middle was nice. stamps were 1,1,6,2,2. only 1 purple first draw and was brutal. then 1 feather gloves and 1 hawkeye, then kamura+the guaranteed. then nothing, then tifa new weapon (which was a waste since i don't care about it) Should have just stopped at 3rd pull and save my crystals. Ob1 Kamura is ok, although OB6 is ideal but there's too much risk.
OB1 Kamura is still a very solid weapon as long as you didn't go too deep into the banner. Me using 72K and only getting OB3 is rough lol really discourages me from playing the game but it's not a big deal, the game is super easy but it sucks not to hit my OB6 goal with this one since Aerith is my favorite
Damn that laugh between crying and laughing LoL... OB3 is not decent, it's realy realy bad, u need it atleast at OB4... waiting for 200 weapon parts is already long but 600 nah...at that point i would go all in.

Buf I all suffered on that Cloud/Glenn draw, droped a lot and got OB7 max.
I've had my fair share of good and bad luck with this game but I think this was easily the worst I ever had it. I mean 5 star rate wasn't bad but the banner weapons being just about being completely MIA after 4 pages is baffling 😂 sorry you dealt with that too

yeahhh, luckily aerith's weapon is still insanely good at OB3 but OCD is klling me and I really want OB6 lol I'll see how many crystals I have by the end of the draw and decide if I wanna make some hail mary pulls
Its punishment from ffvii for ever going for anyone other then tifa on a tifa banner ...i went for her and came out ob6 her and Aerith ob1 with a few parts for ob2
i've drawn on Tifa enough lol but honestly I drew on FF9 Tifa and Guide Gloves Tifa and got them both to OB8 and OB9 so you might be on to something haha
I see tifa i must pull but i believe this the 1st banner they both on so you gotta pick one to focus on...for me is tifa i want her in all my teams
this game must to secure minimum one 5 stars per 3000 gem if not is a kinda disgusting this pulls ( low gems without garantee minimum weapon if u have bad luck like you , you are fuked during 3 months ) this game need learn about opera omnia pulls
yeah this game is very accessible to new players but when pulls go like this it can be very unforgiving as well

Thank you, effing gacha games 😂😭 then they taunt you by giving up the chance to just buy the weapon using red crystals.... Hell no, not spending $40 for one 5 star weapon, i'd rather quit playing the game instead 😂

damn bro 😭😭, the depressing part is overall you actually got very solid stamp and 5star luck, just 0 banner weapon luck. reminds me of the ff9 collab i think i spent 90k crystals that i saved up and only got ob2....keep ya head up , luck will turn around in the long run 🫂
Appreciate it haha yeah I got a decent amount of 5 stars and lots of 3 stamps but unfortunately no banner weapons. I think the typical odds of OB6'ing a weapon are like 75% after 25 pulls on a 2 weapon banner so luck was def not on my side 😂 I think the biggest kick in the balls was Aerith showing up and it was a wizard staff lol but oh well, win some lose some.
Tough luck on the limited weapons, but I don’t think that math is right. The rate to pull limited weapons is only 1% each so after 10 pulls, you should only expect one outside of guarantees. After 25 pulls, you’d expect 2.5, so on average, you’d wouldn’t even make OB6. I had a similar pull session, though I at least got one copy after a similar number of pulls. I ended up spending money, which got me to OB7 (for zack’s weapon). The people who get OB6 by the end of the second page have ridiculous amounts of luck. I think overall, people have unreasonable expectations about getting to OB6 on these limited banners by the end of the second page, the odds are super low. That said, it feels shitty and you getting zero copies of what you wanted is bad luck. I hope your luck is better next time. On my end, there hasn’t been a single limited weapon ive gotten to OB6 free…it always requires spending money :(
I was basing those percentages based on a video I saw in the community. He made a program that simulated OB6 on a limited banner like this (based on 200k simulations) and I think if you spent 78k crystals you'd have a 78% chance to get the weapon you're soley focusing on (in a 2 person banner with the guarantees) to OB6. Going just based off of my passed limited banner pulls it kinda checks out, I spent 72K in Reunion banner and got Guide Gloves to OB8, spent 54K in the Half Anni and got Streamsaber to OB6. Even FF9 I got Cloud and Tifa to OB5 and OB9 after 5 pages and that was without guarantees. So I guess my limited banner luck had to be really crappy at some point lol

@@CaponeToneTony FYI I heard back from jace, the author of the video. Im not factoring in 3 and 4 star parts, that help odds, but this banner also has one less guarantee than past banners, so odds are worse this time around.
