- For the first time today I seen not just one, but multiple wild turkeys here in Montréal, Canada. I've heard news stories over the years about them entering urban areas, but this is the first time I've seen one in the wild in person.
This was at Jean Drapeau Park, which consists of man made and natural islands just south of the Island of Montreal between the Island of Montreal and the South Shore of Montreal.
This video was filmed on Friday, August 23, 2024 at approximately 6:52 pm Eastern Canadian Time.
Patrick, I like the wild turkeys, Patrick looking silly Patrick
Incredible!
I have lived in Montreal for the past 10 years of my life and have never once seen a turkey and today I saw one in real life too, is the turkey uprising happening?

Near which metro station did you see these turkeys?
This was at Parc Jean-Drapeau. So Jean-Drapeau metro station would be the closest one.
