Preach it sister!!! I needed all of that. I teach 7th and 8th grade, I am a single mom and I have three boys. The last week before school was out was insane!! I came home and helped my mom with family from out of town right after school was out Friday. I got up this morning at 6 to see them off. I crashed this afternoon. You have heard that saying, " a man asked me if I needed Jesis to go to Heaven and I told him, "man I need Jesus just to go to Wal-Mart!!" Thank goodness God is so very good!! Thank you so much for giving the reminder for us all to take a break and unplug if necessary. I just keep going until I collapse, sometimes I even forget to just breathe. You are amazing, enjoy your family and the holidays.
Just a suggestion for helping with laundry. Do certain chores on specific days. (if you miss a day, do it the next day so you do not get too far behind). Example: sheets/bedding on Monday with a quick pickup and vacuum in bedrooms. Bathrooms on Tuesday with a quick pickup and cleaning. Kids clothes on Wednesdays and if possible wash each kids separately so you don't' have so much time in sorting when done. Adult laundry day on Thursday and catch up's on Friday. Then have the weekend off if you want or a load or two if needed. Each kiddo has a basket (of their favorite color- small ones) to keep their dirty in their room and place their clean and have them carry it to their room. It removes some stress and feeling overwhelmed with mountains of laundry. Hugs!

Girl!! I so needed to hear the message in this video. My husband was in the hospital for over a week with lung issues ( just got home yesterday) and I was pushing myself so hard to take care of my kiddos as well making sure my husband was okay, and also worrying about my parents who are having major health issues... It has just been a lot and I really needed that reminder to give it all to Jesus and let him carry the load. And that it's okay to rest and take time to myself. Thank you for letting God use you through UA-cam.

I'm 75 and have worked out a good system of house cleaning in the last 15 years. LAUNDRY SUGGESTIONS----Buy boys the same socks and girls the same socks. Then you don't have to match them. On Monday, wash girls clothes, Tuesday-boys clothes, Wednesday--your clothes, Thurs.--Shane's clothes, and Fri.--towels, wash cloths., sheets. Then you don't have to sort clothes. I think almost everything can be washed together unless it is a delicate Sunday dress, etc. Let boys and girls fold and put away their own clothes. Hang a tension rod over washer/dryer for clothes hangers. Hang clothes when you take them out of dryer and put them away. Hope this helps. I thoroughly enjoy your channel. Thank you so much for giving the reminder for us all to take a break and unplug if necessary. I just keep going until I collapse, sometimes I even forget to just breathe. You are amazing, enjoy your family and the holidays.
Just a suggestion for helping with laundry. Do certain chores on specific days. (if you miss a day, do it the next day so you do not get too far behind). Example: sheets/bedding on Monday with a quick pickup and vacuum in bedrooms. Bathrooms on Tuesday with a quick pickup and cleaning. Kids clothes on Wednesdays and if possible wash each kids separately so you don't' have so much time in sorting when done. Adult laundry day on Thursday and catch up's on Friday. Then have the weekend off if you want or a load or two if needed. Each kiddo has a basket (of their favorite color- small ones) to keep their dirty in their room and place their clean and have them carry it to their room. It removes some stress and feeling overwhelmed with mountains of laundry. Hugs!

Girl!! I so needed to hear the message in this video. My husband was in the hospital for over a week with lung issues ( just got home yesterday) and I was pushing myself so hard to take care of my kiddos as well making sure my husband was okay, and also worrying about my parents who are having major health issues... It has just been a lot and I really needed that reminder to give it all to Jesus and let him carry the load. And that it's okay to rest and take time to myself. Thank you for letting God use you through UA-cam.

I’m thankful for the videos UA-camrs put out at Christmas time No matter how many you get out in December . It’s a very rough month for me and I watch very few channels all my family have passed away so I’m super lonely around the holidays . I'm 75 and have worked out a good system of house cleaning in the last 15 years. LAUNDRY SUGGESTIONS----Buy boys the same socks and girls the same socks. Then you don't have to match them. On Monday, wash girls clothes, Tuesday-boys clothes, Wednesday--your clothes, Thurs.--Shane's clothes, and Fri.--towels, wash cloths., sheets. Then you don't have to sort clothes. I think almost everything can be washed together unless it is a delicate Sunday dress, etc. Let boys and girls fold and put away their own clothes. Hang a tension rod over washer/dryer for clothes hangers. Hang clothes when you take them out of dryer and put them away. Hope this helps. I thoroughly enjoy your channel.
