In-situ inspection of additive manufactured parts

The team of CEA-List has recently posted results of in-situ additive manufacturing process monitoring using Tecnar’s Lus Ultimate™. The Lus Ultimate™ is a turnkey system that provides quick results for your laser-ultrasonic application. As shown in the video, by placing Tecnar’s Lus Ultimate™ probe on a robotic arm inside the AM cell, the CEA-List team was able to detect defects during the AM deposition process.
