    • @HonestyThompson
      @HonestyThompson  2 роки тому +2

      Heya! Okay nice. Cutting the hair in half not a bad idea, you will have more hair to work with just in case. Honestly, i'm unsure of how many but you can definitely try to judge your hair and work with small to medium size braids. You also can randomly use both sizes too throughout your head. It will still look natural. It's gotta come out great! Do your thing & thanks for watching💕

    • @HonestyThompson

      Also, if you dont mind, the hair will be shorter than mine once you cut it.

    I'm learning how to braid and twist with extensions but I did a practice one yesterday and it didn't come out fluffy like yours. It came out really skinny like a Senegalese twist even though I used the same amount of hair. I think I may be twisting too tight but when I try to twist looser it unravels and my real hair pokes out ☹😩 any tips would appreciated. BTW, great tutorial!

    • @HonestyThompson
      @HonestyThompson  2 роки тому +2

      Hiya, are you using the springy twist? You should always twist in the direction of the curls to avoid unravelling. With this hair i used You can twist tight or loose. It didnt matter what option i used. Also, You can use hair gel on your natural hair before twisting to avoid it sticking out. Hope that helps.

    Absolutely love the look! BUT hol’ on deh! The maths nuh right. 😅 You first divide one strand into 2 halves. Then you divide each half into 3 new strands OR 2 new strands? What you said vs. what you did, don’t match up.

    • @HonestyThompson
      @HonestyThompson  2 роки тому +1

      With one strand of hair, you can divide it into 2 or 3 pieces. (Divide in half, then take a piece from each half where you’ll get a 3 piece. That way it’s divided equally
