Thanks team! We did not zone out Kampala and the villagers / peasants in suits to moved in. Allowed nepotism/ tribalism to get villagers in power. Allowed the urban poor / peasants in suits to try make laws for city with no basic administrative education. We allowed corruption as way of life and work for good laws like buveera bans to stand to pollute our streets and rivers. We allowed the villagers to embrace pit latrines/ pits away from expensive water and sewerage utilities. Our villagers/peasants in suits can’t learn or allow to be educated on sorting waste. Lastly the villagers/peasants can’t be allowed to be led by the educated and exposed as they feel stigma, feel marginalized and sidelined so vote in their own through numbers. Solution is to make Kampala a city state remove capital status , zone it out , police the population at level of kindergarten kids to teach basic skills of urban living by force with tough penalties and by law make elective offices minimal at Master’s level to keep out peasants in suits so they run to educate themselves. Salim Saleh humbled himself went back to P7 and now has a master’s degree to lead OWC.
