I think my favorite thing about you, Shannon, is the fact that you don't shove your products down people's throats. Like I know that some people that have their own lines or companies in every video are like "check out MY site/products" or like bragging about their stuff but you just say "this brush is from xobeauty" not even making it a big deal that it's your company. The trick with doing it at the side of your head helped me tremendously!!
