This was so grounding. This place is a thousand times better than the previous house. Feels "warm" not that the other house wasn't but he had pretentious jealous neighbors. That mountain backdrop is so breathtaking and the gardens are already so nice. Can't wait for the next update, hopefully not a year or two from now as he mentioned.

@@lit6776 His new home is in a gated community away from the suburban hustle and bustle. The other 2 homes he had were in the same area he grew up in. I used to drive past his house daily selling homes in his old neighborhood. Love his new place.
You can’t hate Bretman. He’s managed to stay so unproblematic ever since he gained a following, despite being surrounded by a literal handful of other influences who are PROBLEMATIC. Once in a while he’ll come back on UA-cam or Instagram and uploads healthily and satisfactorily for his fans. And look at his lifestyle!

I was looking to buy a house in Hawaii a couple months ago and I coincidentally found Bretman’s house while watching tour videos of houses in the area. I was like “wait this looks familiar” and I realized I’ve seen it before from Bretman’s AD video. His house is about $1.9m but I bet all the hard work he’s put into prettying up his house and yard has made it increase in value.

I have suggestions for the "i don't know what to do with the plant (17:00)" you can place a hammock there and set up some coffee table with many bulbs hanging. It'll be a great place to hang around!

Better idea, look up your area and see what plants are native to your yard and have a botanist plant them. You would be surprised what was always suppose to be there. Very little maintenance and great for the environment. If you can have any good plants i highly recommend planting those as you will always have food :)
