i think u should do 23 from the start, by the time you prestack 3 you gonna have double nuke already. also always use 2 or 3 after 4 u should be able active both secondary buff for ur second nuke
the idea still same if you want to do max second midnight damage on temporal, you could make second rotation after 4 longer but with risk of losing first second moon buff or choose to do temporal less than 10sec with almost double time for overall rotation, while you can simply keep temporal active for both rotation at all time and doing full 10sec temporal on less overall time with no risk loosing the first buff/debuff

You can even also use this class for farming because most of its skills have a short cooldown only 3 seconds and have a long range. Overall, this class is better in every aspect.
