You can try eating chapatti with veggies for lunch and dinner. It's a wholesome and filling meal. At the same time it's super healthy because of all the fibre!
just remember that being healthy it's also having a healthy mindset.i mean, it's ok to eat sweets and chocolate once a time,you can't like banish it forever, if you crave A LOT of sweets it's maybe because you're body is craving quick energy, otherwise if you're craving chocolate maybe it's because of a lack of magnesium
I usually makes smoothie in the morning before I head to work and just chug that down, and on weekends I let myself eat what I choice. My smoothie I tend to put 3 types of fruit (pineapple, strawberry and blueberries) I sometimes change it around, and I add alittle bit of water, chia seeds. I workout everyday by watching 30-day workout challenge videos I follow 2 that I've been doing for like 4-5 months now its abs and weight related workouts.

Lately I’ve been kind of forcing myself to only buy fruits, veggies, whole grain foods, leafy greens and what not and just throwing together meals with what I have. There’s also a lot of 3-5 ingredients vegan recipes online. You can make really fucking bomb ass meals with just simple seasonings and sauces. Also I’ve been only eating breakfast as a planned meal but the rest of the day I eat intuitively.

I want to take the Greyhound option because I think it’s that much cheaper which is only nine bucks but once you get to San Francisco do you Uber a lot there or do you walk to certain places there what do you do?
You don’t have to depend on animal products for calcium, there are a lot of veggies and vegan stuff that is rich in calcium like: - broccoli -okra -cabbage -tahini/sesame seeds - soy products -beans -almonds -chia and flax seeds -seaweed -bok choy -blackstrap molasses
cel I did some research and if you have an iPhone with iOS 12 installed, all you have to go is open your alarms app and set your bedtime to the desired hours. Also make sure that your weather app is set so it knows your locations all the time otherwise it won’t send to your phone. Hope this helps ❤️
It's a hand grinder :) look up hand coffee grinder on amazon and you should be Able to find it. Most of them come attached already to a container where the grounds fall in (so not screw on to a mason jar). They are pretty affordable!

tip!!! I love soups. Especially the months that are coming are perfect soup days. Cook up some veg, add broth and mix it all together :)
