Project is a very important point and you shouldn't have missed it, it would have added value in your profile. however, it's already done, no issue what you can do in if they conduct any rounds further, mention about your project there.

My DOJ is Dec last week. Will Accenture accept it and revise DOJ as in the very beginning when I spoke to HR. She told they can't do this because due to new FY.
Firstly request your current employer and try to negotiate to reduce, even 10-15 days if you can, and then request Accenture HR to postpone few joining by few days.....maybe it will work out for you.

I gave my final interview on 24th December but till now I did not get any update regarding result..But some members given on same day got rejection mail and someone got documention upload mail..
What should I do??
Maybe they are still evaluating your results, but I would suggest instead of waiting try in other companies as well. TCS is also hiring through off campus, watch my video and apply for it ✌️

Hi.. I have received an offer from Accenture and I have accepted it. But they want me join in 2 months and my notice period is 3 months. My current co. Would hardly negotiate. My DOJ is Dec last week. Will Accenture accept it and revise DOJ as in the very beginning when I spoke to HR. She told they can't do this because due to new FY.
Firstly request your current employer and try to negotiate to reduce, even 10-15 days if you can, and then request Accenture HR to postpone few joining by few days.....maybe it will work out for you.

Was it final round? They normally take 8-10 days, but it may increase decrease depending upon urgency.
