HOW TO MAKE VIETNAMESE FISH SAUCE (DIPPING SAUCE)
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 10 Tablespoon of Hot Water
- 10 Cloves of Garlic MINCED!
- 2 Tablespoons of Chili Garlic Red Sauce: www.target.com...
- 1 Tablespoon of Freshly Squeezed Lime or Half of a normal Lime

The perfect fish sauce Kim is one part vinegar, one part fish sauce, two part sugar and four part water. Stir until sugar is melted and add in minced garlic (or I like to use a mortar n pestle and mash garlic w Thai chili to give a small kick....usually add more hot sauce when I eat it). I always have a mason jar of it in the fridge as I eat it often too! And because of you I been on a spring roll kick too! Haha ❤️❤️

My nextdoor neighbor is Korean. We're only allowed to use our fridge, our microwave, just learning a rice cooker is HUD approved and "certain" hotpot, however, there's this mandatory meal plan. So be it. I wish it was affordable to perhaps, not live necessarily on my own . . . cause things aren't the same way as they were, say 10 years back (and I do realize the difference in our ages), however, to cook in my kitchen or even in my mom's/sister's again would be a dream. Thank you.

I'm not sure if you guys like it but canned quail eggs in hotpot is sooooo good!!!! It's my favourite food item that I absolutely cannot go without! There's also this type of fishball that is tear shaped and has fish eggs inside that is delicious!!! You guys should try them :3
