- We spent two weeks in the Quebec area in Canada. This video shows some of the historical sites of old Quebec City including The Chateau Frontenac (where we had high tea and Sunday buffet) The Plains of Abraham, The Quebec Citadelle and the Parliament.
Our next video will focus on landmarks and destinations outside the city center. #Canada #CanadaTravel #Québec #travel #tourist #tourists #oldquebec

What a charming place to visit! ❤
@@suzoreoIt was so beautiful and interesting.
how did you like Quebec city, what did you expect before you visited and what surprised you the most?
We loved Quebec City! We knew it was quaint and historical and that French was spoken. I think we were surprised that French was spoken so much and that signs were not in both French and English, since most Canadians speak English. However, we were also pleasantly surprised that almost everyone seemed delighted to speak to us in English if they could, and were exceedingly friendly.
How many ice cream shops was that?
Too many to count. It’s funny, because I don’t particularly LOVE ice cream, although I eat it when there are no pastries around. But all the people I travel with love it!
It seems that Britain conquered the land, but the French prevailed in Quebec.
For sure! It’s completely French speaking.
