As a teen, Pillar was a staple in my early appreciation of hard rock. I had 2 albums and an EP, and they were right up there with Skillet and Red as far as I was concerned, though they never quite got as famous as the aforementioned. I love this song, along with: "Bring Me Down" "Fireproof" "Whatever It Takes" "Turn It Up" etc.
At the time when there first couple albums came out Fireproof and Where Do we go from here? They were up there with bands like Skillet and TFK, after The Reckoning album came out thats when the band Red came out.
I got the chance to see Pillar live along with a rapper I believe it name was like K-19 he was a Christian rapper at a mini-golf place near where I lived. Pillar is how I found out about a band that would ultimately be a top 5 all time band in Skillet. Still jam both of them and have since I was in 8th grade and I'm 32 now lol.
I sort of ran away from guitar there for a while. In some ways I walked away from God. Though it has been bands like this and my memories of my teenage years that brought me back. The musicians who told me my primary instrument was guitar have been correct. I just did not want to admit to it. I found EDM a lot of fun. Still do, but I know now that I should have stuck with this.
The band is a well known Christian Rock band. I've had the pleasure of meeting them and seeing them in concert quite a few times. They are a great band, them and Skillet.

I'm new to Christian rock and I have gotta say the guitar work in this whole song "ESPECIALLY" The main course! There is so much going on there... that isn't just simple power chords... epic band! Pillar and thousand foot crutch have basically taken over my play list... rarely do I listen to my regular metal music now... 🤜🤛🤙

Seriously, you saying you'll "pray" to us Atheists is extremely offensive. Don't force upon YOUR beliefs on other people. Religion is flawed because man is flawed.

I'm agnostic and I'm perfectly fine with people praying for me. Grow up, learn some tolerance while you do so.
Red Martin There's no reason why I should let them, that's just dumb. Really? You're going to pray for an atheist? do you not see how stupid that is? They should lay off especially when we tell them to not do so, all they'll be doing is pray to a wall.
Instead of people saying they'll 'pray' to us, saying that you're in my thoughts would be x10 better, especially if were in a bad mood or if we just lost a loved one.

There is bound to be something to upset someone but you trying to force someone to not pray for you because you're an Atheist would be the same them saying they are praying for you except which one is actually forcing the other to bend to someone's will? You are trying to force someone who believes strongly in praying for people who do not believe in God which could be just about anyone not just Atheist. Secondly, is it really hurting you that badly from what they said, I mean did they harm you physically are attack your beliefs? No they didn't so I think it will be okay of course if you need a doctor I am pretty sure we have nothing for being a pussy in the medical area of course I am sure they will be able to work with you.
