EDIT: Based on data points, you may not need to wait 24 months before reapplying for the same Ink card under the same business to get a new welcome offer. Your mileage may vary, but it seems to be something they're much more lenient on these days. 🎥 To see me apply for more of the best credit cards on the market, check out this playlist next: spencerjohnsonofficial.com/watchmeapply
To merge the accounts, on the website you login with your business login details. Then account settings and manage linked accounts. It’ll take total around 1 min or so from when you login to having them linked.
@@SpencerJohnsonOfficialdo you have any personal referral links to the marriot business card from Amex? Hate not using a referral from the cc community if I can help it when applying.
I guess Chase has a heart for you. I think this is the best of the Chase business cards because it’s simple, it adds way more UR points than the CFU on the personal side, it trims the fat of that card, and it keeps the utilisation low. A huge winner so I hope you enjoy it man.
Niceeee man!!! Just literally did the same but I missed the 90k by a day haha. Also I just learned this and did it myself, but you can match the higher offer if applied within 30 days of it ending. So I bet we could have applied by like 02/17/24 and still get the 90k after asking for it. Would I risk it, probably not though haha. However I was a day late and they matched it, which was very cool. Great and thorough video Spencer!
Congratulations on the new card! They always seem to give paltry CL on the BU and BC. I was approved for $4k when I applied for mine. Great vid Spencer💥
Congrats man! Another business card in the wallet whooo! ✊ I was messing around with pre approvals the other week and grabbed a AMC Entertainment Visa Signature for 5K wasn’t saying no to that haha! I’d like a WF Bilt card in December so that was the last app for me lol.
Good stuff Spencey! (I watched Anthony’s podcast) seems like 5/24 is out the window 😂 I just got my wife the ink unlimited too as we’re also in desperate need of UR points. Very detailed video, loved it
I appreciate that Cody! Yeah, I'm back in 5/24 jail now haha. Those videos are scheduled to come out in a couple weeks. Congrats on y'all's new card though man! That's awesome!
I guess I can feel better about my 4K CL I legitimately went over. About 2 hundred paid it off and maxed it out a second time . My second ink i included a larger spend and higher revenue and again 4k CL. Im wondering if its a first year issue.
I had no planes to get a business card anytime soon, but I somehow got a notification in my chase app that I was pre approved for this card! Had to pull the trigger. I also got a 3k limit for some reason, much lower than most my personal cards. Don’t have an LLC. Just have to get creative to hit the spend for the welcome bonus. Next move is to get the sapphire preferred to complete my chase trifecta, so these welcome bonus points will be nice once I get the option to use transfer partners.
Well congrats on the new card! Idk why, but Chase loves to give small limits for their business cards a lot of times. That CSP is gonna be a killer addition for sure, especially once you have these 75k-90k points in your account from the CIU!
Thanks so much Dalton! I've alluded to it a few times, but since I'm sure not many people will read the comments, I'll let you in on the secret. Let's just say it's gonna really help me get my setup more *built* than before 😉 How's that for secretive 🤣
Dude I feel you... I did the same thing for the Unlimited the day before the promo ended (over 5/24). Took the shot... Also approved! But that $3K limit they gave you? 😂 "Spend $6K, but we'll only give you $3K!)
Same happened to me, and I legitimately need more than the $3k limit that they gave me to jumpstart my sole prop business. They wouldn't budge on the recon line for a CLI. When I made my case, the rep just told me, "well just pay off $3k and then spend another $3k to get the bonus." How are you supposed to do that when you have to invest in expenses before turning in the profits!? I had to do some gymnastics to make it work so that I will end up getting the bonus but needless to say, I was pretty livid lol. I'll need to get another business card to meet the rest of my expenses to jumpstart my sole prop.
It seems like 5/24 has been relaxed on this card for a lot of folks, but not everyone unfortunately. I think the $3k limit is because this is my first Chase business card under my LLC, but I could be wrong about that... I'm gonna have to request an increase on this one for sure haha.
Not that I care, but are you getting the welcome offers or are you applying for all these cards for the sake of it (UA-cam videos)? You don't seem like the type of person (based on your age) that has many expenses or travel that much.
Well that was the issue, the month hadn't passed yet, so I had a high chance of still technically being 5/24 with Chase. Either way, it worked out I guess!
Hi Spencer! I have a question! Would it be wise to PC the Unlimited to the OG Freedom? Then apply for the Unlimited again? I’d love to have 2 “flex” cards with Chase since I adore UR points lol. Plus instead of a $1,500 cap, it’d be $3,000 total for the cards.
Hey there! That's definitely a viable strategy that a lot of people implement! I did the same thing with my Chase Freedom Student to the OG Chase Freedom to keep my CFF bonus slot open. Just note that some customer service reps won't let you PC to the OG Freedom, so you may have to try a few times. Also, to get the bonus again on the Unlimited, it would have to be 2 years old, so keep that in mind too.
I thought you were joking. You do you though! Like I said, it's always important to be as honest as possible, but I wouldn't shortchange yourself. @@theeverydailyshow

Would you apply this strategy to the ink business preferred also?
Definitely! I assume you're talking about the application strategy and such, and if so, I'd use the same approach.
I got instantly approved for the WF Autograph Card last week, also with a 3k limit
Congrats on that man! I hope they add some good transfer partners to that card soon!
Congrats on the new card Spencer! 🎉🎉 looks like you’re 11/11 on immediate approvals. Think you can go 12/12?
Thank you Stan!! Time will tell 👀
Did they hard pull your personal credit report for this application?
did you have a good amount in a chase business checking account before applying?
I actually don’t have a chase business checking account at all! Same is true for my first business card I applied for with them.
Do you have to have business for applying this card ? I have a good credit , do you think i can apply? I don’t have a business tho, i have job

How much over 5/24 were you when you got approved?
7/24@@ycleped
Fellas, unfortunately I got denied for being at 5/24 so that rule does exist but I guess some people are lucky more than others 🤷🏼♂️

Dude congrats! I wonder why Chase is so stingy with their limits on biz cards..
I appreciate that man! I assume this one was low since it was my first biz card with them under my LLC, but I could be wrong.
Can you do travel redemptions videos? It's great earnings points but would love to learn how to use the points more.
Absolutely! Many more of those to come this year, but I also have a full playlist of those already if you haven't seen em!
It’s crazy that you essentially just got pre-approved for 3 nights in the Maldives if you wanted to use your points that way
Haha right?! Pretty crazy what you can do with Chase points.

My coworker made me late…but I’m claiming first either way. Sorry Ahmad 🤪
Hahah classic. I'm sure Ahmad will respect that, right? 😉
I applied as a sole prop got a 5k limit. 🎉
Let's go! That's awesome!

I was denied. :( Found out I'm over 5/24 due to being added as an AU in Player 2's accounts. Dissapointed.
Ahhh those AU accounts are so annoying! I'm sorry you weren't able to get it though.. hopefully next time the 90k offers are around!
Does the Amazon card pay cash back or points?
It gives you Amazon points which basically means it’s cashback haha. No Chase points awarded unfortunately.
Congratulations!
Thanks so much man!
I’m shocked!
Hahaha I bet so 😉
Literally fell asleep during this.
Be reasonable or be honest?
Be honest, but round up is what I always say lol
