    Love my RS1. I was looking at new dirt bikes, but with adult responsibilities, I decided being strapped in and having a roll cage was the way to go. Best decision I ever made. My RS1 is more fun than any dirt bike I’ve ever owned. It jumps, it crawls over rocks, floats over dunes, climbs the steepest hills, and hauls ass down winding fire roads in four wheel drifts. Most fun I’ve ever had with a helmet on.

      Yup, we need a plate and insurance if we ride on public land or on public roads. the plate in Ontario is only $40 for the life of the machine.

    Hey guys, kool vid. Looking to know what type of front bumper and winch. Looks like it worked well. Did you have to relocate the battery, like I have read about? thanks, keep the shinny side up...

      John Smith 3 of us have the Polaris OEM bumper and the Polaris OEM 4500 lbs winch with wireless remote. These are easy to install, the winch comes with all the cableling cut to the perfect lengths. No changes to the battery box. A first time home install should take 5 to 6 hours, now that I’ve done it twice I could probably do it in 3 hours.

      @@ATVONTOUR , thank you guys, the 4500 pound OEM Polaris winch is that the 900 dollar unit? Looks good in the catalog, just double the $$ of most I see out there, if so in your opinion is it worth the 900 bucks? Thanks again.

      Tho OEM bumper has a 3 x 6.6 inch bolt pattern most winches have a 3 x 5 inch bolt so lots of cutting and welding to make it work. Super ATV does have a winch that would fit but I’m not sure what kind of wire mods would be needed. All I can tell you is that the Polaris OEM was easy to install and it works well. Lastly I got my winch on sale for $599.

      @@ATVONTOUR Great Intel, really appreciate it. We have one RS1 and a 900 50" trail. I will most likely go with the OEM option after your detailed recommendation. Thanks Much. I should have some better produced vids within month or so, got 2 Go Pro 7's and better editing software + access to a pretty nice camcorder too.

    Hi I'm interested in how you mounted that action packer to your RS I'm looking to add one to mine.

    • @ATVONTOUR
      @ATVONTOUR  4 роки тому +1

      Chris I simply bolted mine in, drilled 4 hole and I used 1/4 x 1 1/2 ss bolts with large fender washers and nylox nuts. My co-riders drilled holes and added bungee cords to the action packer and attached it to the RS 1’s tie points. I will make a video about my build and review my accessories next week.

      @@ATVONTOUR Thanks I have an action packer on order I was looking under the shelf last night trying to eyeball where to drill to try and catch the aluminum plate I'll be on the lookout for that video I subscribed.
