As a fellow diver myself and wavemaker with Stream2Sea I use their mask defogger.
Would these also work to keep eyeglasses from fogging up while wearing a covid mask on land?

I used that once in Cyprus I came out of the water and thaught my eyes were beeing burned out!!! I guess I have a reaction to it others don't

I could technically test it but I do have a prepping a new mask for diving video already! Burning makes me nervous though. Too easy to make a mistake and ruin it!

50/50 baby shampoo and water
Baby shampoo didn’t make the cut?! Would have been a great control
I was going to include baby shampoo but my students used all mine up recently and I didn't have time to get more before filming

Probably should have used a different mask for each product so that residue didn't remain from previous sample. Just saying!

Using the same mask.... over and over again...how can you have a serious comparison?
It's definitely not a perfect experiment but once you've taken the mask off your face and had it off for a bit it needs to be defogged again no matter what. Defogger doesn't sustain long term.
