Twitch Support is a DISASTER!

All of the sources online are telling me that this process will take months, maybe even a full year that I intended to use and stream at least 5 times a week. Even than, it is very unlikely and unusual for a Twitch support to do the right thing.
It is very frustrating how twitch support is not looking to actually support anyone, you can't reach them anywhere and you can't talk to anybody. Everyone says that it's bunch of automated mails and support is superficial.
It's frustrating to lose an old account with many memories and achievements, that you were actively using, not just to watch, but to stream for hundreds upon hundreds of hours.

They also never responded to my tickets regarding not being able to log into the account 2 months ago, same issue that a lot of people are experiencing and can't resolve, which I somehow discovered to be fixable by downloading the new "Authy" app which they never mentioned on log-in screen...
I feel miserable.

😞 I made a tiktok acct a year ago and after I posted a few videos they suddenly completely banned my account and I reached out but they never would respond and never even told me why I got banned.
Sorry man I guess as a small creator we can't raise enough awareness to get something done.
