Humans are hardwired to recognize patterns that resemble facial structures. Most ghost videos that are just “this looks like a face” aren’t necessarily fake, but they’re people overreacting.
Wanted to add on that the recognition of faces is executed by a distinct section of the brain. The fusiform face area is a small part of our brain that exists only to recognize other human faces. This is why it is very easy to see faces where there are none (pareidolia), and why sometimes hallucinations will have strangely intense faces. In fact, there are distinct types of schizophrenia/hallucinations in which faces appear distorted or unnatural, and that is a result of malfunction of the fusiform face area. People with damaged FFAs will report not recognizing faces, or even seeing faces as being distorted or incorrect.

I think the "pacing person" might actually be on a swing of some kind that is to the left of the window, the lines could be the shadow of the stand or a sport equiptment thing on the curtains, which lines up with the shadow we sometimes see of the head of the person. There seems to pe some kind of up/down movement of the head which makes me think its a swing
the "alien figure" might actually head lights of a car that move as the car moves and light reflecting off the wire fence. It would also explain the change in lighting on the right side of the video.

That ghost pacing back and forth in the window moves to unhuman i think its something attached to a fan or onw of those nasa rocket ships you attach to the celing on a string and it spins around, because the right wall is to close to the window meaning the center of the room is too the right meaning the celing fan is off to the right. Edit: also the object moves in a perfect pattern same time between it coming back thats what i meant by unhuman.

Honestly i like your theory the best. Its weird that after we see the "face" near the blanket and the camera pans back, the indentations are gone. Blankets dont change on a whim. Its much more plausible that it was in fact a friend or sibiling. Plus kids get bored and like to make silly videos.
I think your theory is okay, but sharing a bed with a sibling could be a plausible explanation based on the income of the family, if they can’t afford two beds they could have to share the bed.

So I've seen the second clip (6:04) before on Nuke's Top 5. My in-law believes it to be one of those revolving shadow projectors? They've seen ghost videos before with a similar device to get the effect, so it may be that with a person-shaped object in front of it to get the shadow. So it would be able to switch or move quickly to make the shadow move back and forth. So possibly staged on the person filming's part, or someone messing around with things in their room.
the pacing clip reminds me of a kpop idol named Seulgi who is known for walking in a way that looks like she's floating, you can find clips of her walking fast while "floating"

If the guy filming was completely focused on capturing the video, then the camera might not be drifting away from the focal point so much, aka the box moving would be in the center of the video. This could mean he's actually using one hand to film and one hand to pull a string or control the movement of the box in some other way. To be fair, he could just be drifting so much because he's personally focused on the action being made instead of recording well.
