I have seen many videos for selection of protein as a beginner but non of them gave me that satisfaction to be able to decide that should I go for protein or not ? Very informative, can you make a video about a protein powder who's source of protein is not cow, and also these supplements are really expensive so can you also make a video about what protein we can and cannot eat daily with portions
I eat chicken breast piece 200g and 1 whole egg, 5 egg whites daily as my protein but everyone's telling me its not good to eat chicken daily.
But other veg or dairy protein either i have to eat a lot like badam or they are not effective protein like soya
Only now i undestood why protein powder became so popular
Because planing a diet and meal preparations are a big headache

You can go for all brands that is trustified certified. No need to overspend , if u can afford then good for u.

Muscle Blaze is a very good brand , they import they whey from US
And Muscle Blaze is the only India brand to have two certifications from Labdoor USA even the brand shown in this video doesn’t have that certification go for it it’s absolutely best Whey protein brand

Brother I follow u even I appreciate u for ur work but i have a question
As we know that naturaltien is certified by cologne list which test for banned substances but it test for the product which is send by the protien company. Instead of this if we consider gnc 100% whey which is certified by information sports/choice which test product on a monthly basis and buy product directly from retail store.
And if we compare both tests informed choice is a clear winner. And even if naturaltine is currently giving good quality whey protien but what about when their product sales grow up they either have to increase their product price or decrease its quality. As we know most whey companies do 2nd thing.

Hi kashish sir... Ek personal experience share krna tha mene aapke videos dekh kr k squat ko complete replace kr dia hack squat and smith machine squats se us time me squat me 60kgs lift kr rha tha without any knee pain etc.... 2 mhine tk smith amd hacksquat krte krte me 80 kgs lift krne lgaa tha but isi week mene ese hi wapis se traditional squat try kia to 2 things i experienced...
1. I was not able to lift 80kgs there
2. And when i lifted 60 kgs there my knees was hurting like hell so i only did 4 reps and also when i reduced the weight to 50 the pain was present but reduced slightly...
So i am little confused now bcz i have never experienced that pain in my knees and that remained for 2 days like muscle soreness.... and bcz weight training also improves our bone strength so now i can't decide which one to do now..
And why i felt that pain plz explain krde❤️

Nutrabox is fine but not comparable to naturaltein as it doesn’t meet all the criteria mentioned in the video and rest of the brands are not recommended from my side.

Kashish I try to buy protein after checking their rankings over Labdoor but even after getting A+ the proteins are not upto the mark. The Indian brands like Nutrabox is not at all safe as after cosuming for few months abnd then checking my testosterone it was showing as spiked. Could you please throw some light on Labdoor and their authenticity.
