Even though Persona 5 was my first entry to the series, after playing P4G, Persona 4 is definitely my favorite. Personally its the characters, in this one I actually loved all of the main cast
Good luck remembering half the Social Links (trust me, give it 3-4 months and you'll have forgotten most), which is something that doesn't happen in P5. Also, since P5 was your first, do yourself a favor and try the others MegaTen games out. As awesome as it is, Persona's gameplay is just a watered down version of SMT with time management and weeabo/waifu shit to draw in casuals. (kinda like Fire Emblem Awakening)
It's cool that you both did your own take on this for the chorus ("Affection" vs. "Your Affection") but I'm SO used to the original that the missing "Your" throws me off so much, haha. Great job nonetheless!

Wow, I legitimately like this better than the original version. Maybe it's cus the original arrangement is an endless background loop, but this one has that arc of energy that standalone songs usually have. That intro freaking beautiful.
It’s weird like that, a game you never want to end, but as soon as it ends you want to jump back into. For me it was so I could spend even more time with the Investigation Team, especially after the heart wrenching ending of having all of them chase down your train just to say that they’ll always miss Yu, it makes me cry every time I see it. It’s what helps propel Persona 4 Golden above all of the other Persona games for me, you just can’t beat that ending, the Summer Epilogue, or Nevermore

Never before has saying "Affection" over and over again been so lovely.
Reminder that this is the overworld theme of persona 4. Many games dont even have a main theme as good as this.
It's the song that plays when it's a sunny day, which is one of the reasons it's my favorite.
It, Heartbeat Heartbreak, and Snowflakes are all great - lots of games have alright overworld themes, but Persona 4 Golden had at least 3 great ones
