The reason for that is because game don't have a matching system that will put you in lobbies with people as good as it gives you the random skill level players meaning he sometimes plays against people who installed the game that day.

Turn on the quick sight change button as this will eliminate this problem of having to remove the sights. Once you have the three sights, just switch between them with or without sights.

You can actually turn the auto loot feature off in Settings, though I'm not sure if you can do it in-game or just when you're in lobby.

Don't use any scope at all. Don't pressure it too much as well. Limit use to close and mid range. Also pick it up every time in battle royale. It starts of crappy but ultimately it will end up being your favourite weapon most likely. Like how it did for me.
