As we've come to anticipate of you, this video is excellently produced, edited, and narrated. Thanks so much. My third son and his husband live just 10 minutes cycle ride from Kew and we regularly visit it whenever I go to England to see them. My first visit was on a school trip whilst I schooled in Westminster in the late 50s. It's remarkable the degree to which Kew remains with the same aura of peace and beauty that it did 65 yrs ago. ❤
You need to get your family down to Cornwall for its outstanding beauty and beaches and I think you would love the Eden Project and maybe go when the Cornish county show at Wadebright is on
I love Kew Gardens! It's such a great place to unwind and really take in some of Mother Nature's best work. So wonderful to see the family enjoying this space beneath that beautiful blue sky. Fantastic video guys! Much love to you all
Thanks so much for this visit. We've been meaning to visit Kew Gardens for years but never quite got round to it, so in 2024 we shall definitely go. It's inspiring and heartwarming to see you and your family's passion and enthusiasm for planting.
HIGHLY recommend! And be sure to visit Richmond Park, to see the deer and wild gardens (Only 20 minute walk from there, you can get food in Richmond, on the river Thames)
Great video! When I was a kid the highlight was always trying to and finding the Japanese Pagoda. But it was never open which made it the most mysterious fictonal building in the UK.
Lovely video. Kew really is heavenly. It is a massive ongoing scientific enterprise too - centuries old. Art, science and nature together. Makes you realise how people could live if they prioritised a little differently.
Another great video , your biology background comes through in your narration , you can tell you love what you are doing thank you and the family for sharing such a beautiful garden.
If you liked this, I can also recommend RHS Wisley, Hidcot Manor and Trebah gardens. Some of the best in the country, at their best in July, August time ❤
I've lived in London all of my adult life and reckon Kew Gardens to be one of the most sublime places on the planet. I've still not seen most of it. Glad you like it!
I love this video it’s so calming and really well done! If you haven’t already I would highly recommend the Dorset coastline particularly lulworth cove and swanage.
YAAAY! I live 4 roads away from Kew Gardens and I have a free pass, so I love going there for picnics and walks. I dont think people realise how big it is. You should have visited Richmond (Town just 10 minutes walk from there) and Strand on the Green (village on the Thames, 15 minute walk) I love living here - Great community, leafy and green but can get into zone 1 in 15 minutes! Also, I recommend Richmond Park - Biggest park in London 2,500 acres! With Deer roaming the hills :)
What a wonderful video, thank you for sharing. I’ve been to Kew a few times but I always feel like I’ve only scratched the surface as it’s such a large park and there’s so much to see.
That was a great video and your knowledge is outstanding. The first time that I went to Kew the price of admission was 1D. That was pre-decimal and was 1/240 of a £1. I can't remember if you have already been but a visit to The Eden Project is a must. Check it out. A Happy New Year to you and your lovely family.
Great video Mack and Blair, we did have a bit of a crappy summer last year but I remember the heat wave we have in September and it was a great opportunity to even spend some time at some of the beaches on the coast and we have an extended barbecue season which was even better. I hope this year you explore a lot more of the south east and west coast. If we have a good summer this year, I think your family would love Cornwall, Devon Somerset, Isle of Wight, maybe even some of the channel islands. Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. would be interesting I believe you can’t drive on sark, and the preferred mode of transport our cycles. So your kids would probably love it. And I think you would love to explore the channel islands too. Either way, I love watching your family Vlogs.
Lovely to see the flowers and the sunshine on this freezing January evening. I went to Kew many years ago. My favourite was the giant water lilly's and the Victorian glass house. Glad you enjoyed.
Your videos just get better, and I'm so glad that you got to see and enjoy the UK's most important botanical site. You sounded really excited about it. 😊

Beautifully filmed! So nicely done.
A great tour of Kew Gardens.
Thanks Mac, Blair, Granny and babies.

We are so blessed to be able to grow plants from almost the whole world.
Kew Gardens is a beautiful place. It employs over 1,000 people to maintain it.
Love your narration, your voice is so relaxing 😍

Kew Gardens is amazing. You really can spend a few days there casually enjoying the landscape and all the sites

Yes very beautiful! Thank you Big Mac ❤❤❤❤
I was taken to Kew as a kid and I don't think I really appreciated it.
Now, though, I do.
It's superb.
This really makes me wish spring was here already, winter is so hard.
I love this video it’s so calming and really well done!
If you haven’t already I would highly recommend the Dorset coastline particularly lulworth cove and swanage.
Thanks for the tip!
I would definitely recommend Exbury Gardens great little steam railway with dinosaurs and I can not remember if you have been but the Eden project ,

I lived in Ealing and always took my children there. Also Richmond Park is near.
Richmond Park is lovely 😊

I’ve always wanted to go to Kew Gardens. Wish my garden looked liked this.
I would love to go and visit Kew Gardens again the last time I went was in June 1990, nearly 34 years ago, and it was a glorious day then as well.
Excellent Video. Thank you!

Mac, a possible playlist idea - I don’t think we’ve seen you make British food and desserts.
We are blessed to have Kew as our local park. So glad you got to discover it as well!
Blessed indeed.
I love Kew Gardens, and Christmas at Kew is amazing 🤩
i love your presentation ! what a beautiful place ❤

Thanks for watching!
If you’ve never been to the Eden project in Cornwall it’s a must
Beautiful!
My wife used to work for Kew but on a Scottiah project. Great place. I reckon you'd like benmore, one of Scotland's gardens.
I'll check it out!
❤

Wadebridge
Lovely. You neglected some of the world's greatest trees, however. Next time!
We saw so many... too much for one video. The best was a massive hybrid oak tree. Kew is amazing.
When is your next video coming Big Mac mate?? I ❤
Soon... 😅
You should book for Kew’s Christmas light show next year, it’s amazing.
Your videos just get better, and I'm so glad that you got to see and enjoy the UK's most important botanical site. You sounded really excited about it. 😊
Fabulous place. Really enjoyed your video. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
