This was very informative! Thank you.
It would be nice if you could download the swatch to be used in illustrator/photoshop.
Also, part of the reson the color looked pale was because when inputing the values for cmyk in photoshp u put 70 instead of 79

how to convert rgb to cmyk in photoshop without changing colors ?
How I work with my RGB colors to CMYK is using the mix with Photoshop and Illustrator. I build the colorful graphics in photoshop (RGB Page Setup) and then place it in Illustrator (CMYK Page Setup). The colors don't lose too much of the vibrant look on screen and more importantly when printed.
cmyk percentage, percentage of what is it, is it from 100% of four colors cmyk or including base color (white), percentage of what is that wich we see in cmyk chart ?
Thank you, sir ! It was a mystery to me.
This is a new experience. thank you for your nice tutorial!

Hi. I have a big concern about color quality between Laser InkJet and Ink Machine. My questions Why the result of the two machines is different? How to adjust on-screen to get the same result?
If I need to use microsoft word to print out the image that I edited on photoshop, and if I put in the jpg image that I saved in a CYMK setting, would it appear exactly as how I edited it or is it gonna be exactly the same on how it looks like on Microsoft Word. It just looks differently on Word but I'm kinda hoping it will turn out as designed on paper. I hope this makes sense. I'm just really confused right now and currently I don't have a way to check cause my printer's not working.
Thank you, really helpful and easy to understand.
Thanks for your feedback!!!
What color is r15, g7, b106? It prints a lot darker then on my screen. It was a file I bought.

Dear PrintElf, I really want that color, but how can I get it? THANKS
Thank you
can you please help me i have to convert a rgb file to cmyk but i use gimp and i dont have ps..there is saffron colour in it (ff9933) will the coulour become (ea9956) if i convert it to cmyk, when i convert image to cmyk it becomes kinda lighter,is the lighter version of the design what i have to send?? thank you in advance.
But what I don't get is: on my smarthphone the RGB colors are different from the RGB colors on the PC screen. How do you know wich one is the right one? For example the yellow color on the chart: 18, 0, 83, 0 is yellow on my PC screen, but green on my smarthphone screen.
That's exactly what the chart is for. if you mix the colors as the chart dictates you will get that color in the final print, even if you see a greenish color (with some small variations). The chart is calibrated for our press though and might look different with another printer.
thank you!
Thank you so much for this.
Thank you for watching
Can we do this in procreate?
Thank You very much!
Best of luck!
Thank you! best of of luck to you as well.

Hello, How to order this card ? Thank you.

hello dear, i have a problem. i have desined a photo file in photoshop cs6. then saved in JPEG file. i desined in cmyk ok. then i mooved that JPEG fil to correldrow in CMYK. i printed that JPEG CMYK from Correl. but i got that print in RGB!!! Desined in CMYK. but printing come in RGB. What is the problem. what can i do. pls help me
Once you convert to CMYK you loose some of the colors. You can still print that file in RGB, but the lost colors will not come back. I hope this helps.
Great video, thanks! one question, can you calibrate your screen so you see colors as CMYK?
Yes you can to some extent. Photoshop has color profiles.
nice video

I created a logo in RGB and am failing miserably on converting it to CMYK, also being new to photoshop is not making this any easier, any tips or suggestions, have see other videos but their way of explaining the process is not to my grasp. Word was all i had available to me and it looks amazing, (not to toot m own horn but I even surprised myself) I want it to look as vibrant in print. please Help.
Mantap ilmunya, Jangan lupa mampir ke chanel aku, aku juga punya penjelasan menarik tentang mode warna.. 😁
can we print those color charts on Photo paper ?
Hi Ali. Printing on photo paper would defeat the purpose of the chart. You want to see what the color looks like coming of the CMYK press.

Thank you!
Will this work with inkscape?
If you can switch to CMYK mode I don't see why not. Maybe someone with more experience can chime in?
Your english sounds perfect just until you say the word "match enta". Let me guess, you're German :)
