For dark roast coffee (AA grade robusta coffee) should I use hot water or room temperature water
Robusta dark roast you'll want the water temperature to be on the cooler side. But not room temperature. It'll need to be around 90/91 degrees C. Any cooler and you won't extract the coffee.
Hope this helps :)
