Everton Fans did tell everyone about this last year, the PL have been after EFC since they came out very strongly about the "New European Super League" since then the so called "Big Six" and the PL have had it in for EFC that is why they wanted a twelve pt reduction and the commission granted them a 10 pt one and then a further one all for building a New Stadium because EFC have spent the second lowest net spend in the last 5 years on players. So in the end EFC got away with a 8 pt deduction but still have a case against them by the PL on accounting system etc an accounting system that is used all over the world and experts have said it is perfectly legal and used everywhere, so Masters and PL plus the "Big Six are pushing this and now have their eyes on Villa and Newcastle, so beware.

The big 6 preference is bad enough, the fact that Chelsea and especially City where not conventionally among the biggest 6 clubs until mega rich owners financed their rise makes the PSR BS even more disgusting and they are the two teams flouting the rules the most.
