The growth rate in OTT penetration has largely remained the same in the past 2 year. Paid subscription is still low in Tier 2-3, but is increasing. Distribution has moved to OTT in the last 2 years. Players like Netflix are still finding it difficult to scale in India despite the market size. The last big 'boom' in OTT in India was post Jio, if you believe numbers.

Ranbir was too cool to not snap back at them when he was being poked. Not allowing Ranbir to complete what he wanted to say is immature on AIBs part. At the same time, I feel a tad bit of friendly banter is ok, but it is equally important that it doesn't cross the line, which at some instances, it did. Shahrukh Khan absolutely dominated all 4 of them while Ranbir was a bit reserved.

I'm a very huge fan of SRK but i don't want to believe him when he says "I'm the last of the stars". I can already see Ranbir Kapoor continuing the legacy of Kapoors as Superstars. He's in fact the best actor (acting wise) we have in the industry right now, regardless of the stardom of other khans, Kumar, Roshan and Devan.
The podcast was good an all but y'all seemed a bit too casual I mean the laughs are okay but you seemed to push him around like he was nothing. I don't intend to pull you guys down or tell you that you're inferior to him or something but a bit more civil or dignified conversation is always appreciated because at the end of the day he is a respected actor.

Guys, I really don't think you made Ranbir comfortable. He handled it perfectly, but at times this was cringy AF. Maybe you guys are good friends with him, but at least establish that somehow before we watch this Podcast. Maybe that talk before the video, like the SRK Podcast, could have helped. This felt like humor in bad taste, at certain instances. Or maybe we just haven't seen Ranbir being treated like that. I don't know, figure it out, but it was weird and a little off at times.
you guys are always fun but took this a bit too far at times, Ranbir looked uncomfortable, you guys need to show respect since millions of people are going to see this who don't know the equation between you guys and Ranbir. just an opinion, overall i liked it.
PS: ranbir took a u turn in part 1,abt producing the film, he said it was a mistake and won't do it again, later on he says am proud to have produced a movie like this. further u managed to get him to speak some strange stuff basu, bansali etc
Actors are real persons like you and me. If you want them to feel comfortable you have to be comfortable around them too.
This is why AIB podcasts are different they treat big stars just like a normal human being and in return they get the same treatment from the actors/actresses.

Feels like a conversation between a group of friends with one of them who has become really big and made it to the top. It does bring a different dynamic and up to that point this show is good. But, these friends must remember their place - not get so carried away as to think they themselves are equally talented and can trash the person as they do among themselves. The person has become big by his talents and hard work (may be with some luck and in this case, with some inheritance). A little bit of humility would a long way to make these shows even more successful. Just 2 pips.

I have to say, as a skeptic of Ranbir’s talent in his initial debut with SLB’s Saawariya in 2007, Ranbir has had such an incredible journey to become one of the finest actors of today’s generation. I don’t know if it’s the instruction he received in New York learning method acting or if it’s his genes, but Ranbir really is one of the rare entities of nepotism who has acknowledged he is a product of it, and has worked tremendously hard to create a niche for himself with a strong appeal both commercially for the masses and the intellectual hub of India. Each role of his feels so distinct and it’s a pleasure to see him well spoken and so aware for an actor who came at a time where social media began to soar. For a person who’s had his ups and downs with his father, he’s been extremely vocal and being a Kapoor he’s done more than his best to set a caliber for how every young actor to perform and prove himself to his father. Of course, as a Kapoor his priority is to leave a mark and prove his worth to the industry, but he’s really one of those effortless performers that proves what dedication looks like. I hope AIB gets Ranveer Singh next. Ranveer is yet another actor who’s struggled and fought his way to the top with great roles like Khilji, Bajirao, and many more. I’ve never heard of an actor who can survive a grueling 30 day schedule with Sanjay Leela Bhansali and come out even more enlightened and energetic than before. Hope Ranveer and Ranbir win for Khilji and Dutt this year respectively!
I'm a very huge fan of SRK but i don't want to believe him when he says "I'm the last of the stars". I can already see Ranbir Kapoor continuing the legacy of Kapoors as Superstars. He's in fact the best actor (acting wise) we have in the industry right now, regardless of the stardom of other khans, Kumar, Roshan and Devan. He deserves as much as love if not more than SRK

AIB is so annoying they are not letting him complete he was so humble ,honest and respectful throughout the show..He recognized ssr's performance and bashed KWK that proves rest of the things about him..
