I've loved Egypt since I was a kid and always have felt a connection to it. I don't know maybe I was there in a past life or I have an ancestral gene inside me that can connect to this time.

Thank you for this wonderful video on ancient Egyptian meditational music. It gives the feeling of something that can best be described as a twilight of images and sensations in a dimension of mystery and magic. Imagine the Pyramids of Giza, the Nile, and the Sphinx surrounded by soft green grass with flowers of many colors and shapes with the soft gentle sound of the currents of the Nile with the occasional screech of a falcon flying over head. Then a huge shining dot appears and slowly descends to the ground and from this sphere appears the gods who take the form of animals and humans. They rejoice in the moment that Ra their Father rises in the horizon as the sun and raise cheers and adorations that fill the whole world with divine joy and gladness. HETEP ! MARET ! NEFERET ! I listen to all kinds of music, such as metal, and black metal, but this is my 2nd favorite kind of music, it makes me fall asleep, my 1st favorite is metal music, and black metal // I know, metal has nothing to do with the Egyptians, im just saying :) \\
+Darksoul ... if you like metal and egyptian music, you should listen to Nile or Scarab. both are great Technical Death Metal bands that wich the name sugest are egyptian styled theme. There are probably more to them, maybe something more black metal is Odious or Narjahanam. check them all out ify ou can. also, try the djent band Shades of Black wich has allot of arabian/ egyptian influences. Egyptian music is also my second favorite styel of music after Metal, and to me its any metal but mostly i'm big fan of Thrash and Death metal. Nile and Scarab and Technical Death Metal while Odious and Narjahanam is more Black Metal. Shades of Black is Djent/Melodic Metalcore(or Deatchcore maybe). All these bands are good middle easdtern influenced metal. i hope egyptian themed means middle easter, but if not; you get the point i hope.

Thank you for this wonderful video on ancient Egyptian meditational music. It gives the feeling of something that can best be described as a twilight of images and sensations in a dimension of mystery and magic. Imagine the Pyramids of Giza, the Nile, and the Sphinx surrounded by soft green grass with flowers of many colors and shapes with the soft gentle sound of the currents of the Nile with the occasional screech of a falcon flying over head. Then a huge shining dot appears and slowly descends to the ground and from this sphere appears the gods who take the form of animals and humans. They rejoice in the moment that Ra their Father rises in the horizon as the sun and raise cheers and adorations that fill the whole world with divine joy and gladness. HETEP ! MARET ! NEFERET ! MA'AT ! ANKH ! :)

I really am glad they're putting this Egyptian music on here.😊 I don't even listen to anything else now. I've been trying to play like this on my recorder with some success...it's difficult without accompanying strings and etc.
I listen to all kinds of music, such as metal, and black metal, but this is my 2nd favorite kind of music, it makes me fall asleep, my 1st favorite is metal music, and black metal // I know, metal has nothing to do with the Egyptians, im just saying :) \\
+Darksoul ... if you like metal and egyptian music, you should listen to Nile or Scarab. both are great Technical Death Metal bands that wich the name sugest are egyptian styled theme. There are probably more to them, maybe something more black metal is Odious or Narjahanam. check them all out ify ou can. also, try the djent band Shades of Black wich has allot of arabian/ egyptian influences.
Egyptian music is also my second favorite styel of music after Metal, and to me its any metal but mostly i'm big fan of Thrash and Death metal.
Nile and Scarab and Technical Death Metal while Odious and Narjahanam is more Black Metal. Shades of Black is Djent/Melodic Metalcore(or Deatchcore maybe). All these bands are good middle easdtern influenced metal. i hope egyptian themed means middle easter, but if not; you get the point i hope.

And there came a man running from the farthest part of the town.
اتَّبِعُوا مَن لاَّ يَسْأَلُكُمْ أَجْراً وَهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ
Obey those who ask no wages of you
وَمَا لِي لاَ أَعْبُدُ الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
"It would not be reasonable in me if I did not serve Him Who created me, and to Whom ye shall (all) be brought back.
أَأَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً إِن يُرِدْنِ الرَّحْمَن بِضُرٍّ لاَّ تُغْنِ عَنِّي شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَيْئاً وَلاَ يُنقِذُون
ِ"Shall I take (other) gods besides Him? If (Allah) Most Gracious should intend some adversity for me, of no use whatever will be their intercession for me, nor can they deliver me.
إِنِّي إِذاً لَّفِي ضَلاَلٍ مُّبِينٍ
"I would indeed, if I were to do so, be in manifest Error.
إِنِّي آمَنتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاسْمَعُونِ
"For me, I have faith in the Lord of you (all): listen, then, to me!"
قِيلَ ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ يَا لَيْتَ قَوْمِي يَعْلَمُونَ
It was said: "Enter thou the Garden." He said: "Ah me! Would that my People knew (what I know)!-
بِمَا غَفَرَ لِي رَبِّي وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ الْمُكْرَمِينَ
"For that my Lord has granted me Forgiveness and has enrolled me among those held in honour!"
