У меня размер ноги странный левый 37, правый 37,5. Обувь в Зара беру 37-38, зависит от модели. Некоторые маломерят или большемерят. Обувь я затрудняюсь советовать, тут мерить нужно. Но если у вас половинка в размере, то берите больше, меньше будет не удобно, я так думаю. ✨🤍✨

Брюки в Зара, всегда беру XS. Мне размер S большой, ну меня рост 161 и брюки сели хорошо, комфортно.
