I am improvement student and at the time of filling comedk application form I wrote that I am pursing 12 th instead of passing and yesterday i uploaded improvement 12 certificate for verification of document.

Then in second Round ( Round II ), again I got a college Y , Should I need to pay the Tution fee again for college Y?

if we choose reject and upgrade in round 1 can we exit or surrender in round 2 without a seat?
In my understanding The deadline to exit after 2nd round is before start date of 3rd round.
