If you check this race, you will realise how experienced Amusan is. Harrison would have had it if she had thrusted her head forward earlier. But Tobi did and that was the deal - great experience

She just came from hamstring injury according her and was not even expecting to be an A+ race for her but yet, her hard work compel excellence she always deserve.
Tobi had good starts on her other race but the record keepers and the white started suspecting her of drugs and what ever,they are all surprised to see her be the W/record holder.....so this is a training from the coach...to make the hurdle competitive so it wouldn't look so easy.........she once had a 12.06 finish....but it was never recorded......thank you Tobi for making Nigeria proud ❤

So they operate a different training plan to be ready by August while other Athletes have to be ready by Begining of July. else they are not sure of qualification for the world championships.
@oye I just can't understand why people fail to appreciate when an athlete has been injured it stops them from performing at peak. A fully fit Amusan is unstoppable in my view. If she is 95 % fit for worlds she will not lose.
and now she has been charged with a whereabouts violation for (allegedly) missing 3 drug tests. of course, she says she is clean but there is no excuse for missing 3 tests. this will be reviewed but if she missed 3 tests she should get at least 6 month suspension.
Congratulations ladies, Tapper started stumbling from the beginning of the race & knocked a few hurdles but still managed to keep her frame to come in 4th...job well done to you all 🎉
It is so sad that Americans hate us. I am particularly disappointed at Ato Bolden and the reporters who have never given Amusan, a Nigerian, the deserved respect. You can see from the result that they put Harrisson as coming first even when it was obvious Amusan was.
I have so much respect for hurdlers. Has to be one of the hardest sports out there.

She is probably already unstoppable, 1) she was injured and 2) has not peaked. What you are seeing is a B grade Tobi going up against people's best.
