If you want to stop something the first thing you need is a goal write it down and put it in the bathroom, then have a plan for how to reach that goal. Some things you're body needs time to readjust when quitting like pain meds , the brain chemistry needs time to start working again , sometimes a Dr is necessary. Chocolate may help some , adatude is important , always remember that you have the power to change who you are, change your thoughts change your life.

I went throught like well over 10 years of addiction always thinking i had it under control then seeing family i hurt and tryed to get better but the withdrawals horable it took jail and getting out with goals and having my baby girl to make me better no knows what its like till u go through it i always tell my girl shes my little super hero and its true and she wont know how much till she gets over and realizes shes what got me through alot

I started when I was 12 this past year has been really hardhaving something in your system between alcohol and drugs since the age of 12 that's a long time for me being in a mindset of thinking that I needed to rely on something I'm thankful every day that I've been clean. I really appreciate him making a song about this.
Stay away from people that do drugs and drink alcohol and you won't my friends drink and I don't drink I barely drink I cut down a lot I don't drink to get drunk anyways that's not what it's for I'd rather smoke weed drink and do real drugs I got a medical card in Florida police can't do shit to me and weed is not a drug anyways if you smoked it when you were young you'll know it's not
