Hello, I would like to share with you my experience with Samsung. In September 2023, I bought a Samsung active smart watch from abroad 2 and 10 months later the top of the watch came off by itself and apparently this is a common anomaly for this type of watch. I ask Samsung(in m'y country) for a quote, they offer me the repair at the purchase price. In the meantime, I contacted their call center in South Africa to claim the warranty since it is less than a year old. They don't want to know, you change country = you lose your guarantee. While this reasoning is prohibited/sanctioned in the E.U. This is a warning against this brand, they are in incredible bad faith and their watch is rubbish.
