This is actually a pretty common condition but medical professionals say it's more common with women over 60. Unfortunately it's outdated data. Pcos is another one.
I have the same forgetfulness. I have two kids and I homeschool so I literally have to compensate with sticky notes everywhere 😅 my hair is falling out,I have numbness in my lips and exhaustion among many many other symptoms. I'm going to look through your vids for an update 😊😊😊
Sticky notes are a must! I have at least three planners to try and keep track of my life and still I forget. If you'd like I would be happy to make an update video specifically talking about hypothyroidism.
@@Worldofmonica-jk I can't remember the exact starting dose but I want to say it was 25mcg since I remember having to split a pill in half. Either way I know it was a slow process of tapering up my doses. Even ten years later I still get adjustments.
@@DorkAndaHalf I am struggling on 25mgs getting side effects, I have been very ill overmedicated I went Hyper, after stopping 2 weeks I went very hypo, TSH 29'8. Also GP kept mixing generic brands. I am on Wockhart now
I'm sorry this happened to you. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when I was 10 (I'm 13 now) along with a bunch of other things so I know how you feel. Anyway I'm glad you feel better
Thank you for sharing

Thank you for sharing.Did you have any side effects on Levothyroxine?
Thankfully I have not experienced any side effects on Levothyroxine. And if I have they were nothing compared to the symptoms of the Hypothyroidism
@DorkAndaHalf thank you for replying. What was your starting dose?
