We booked it through booking.com and paid via indian card only. You can even try booking from MakeMyTrip or similar websites. Equivalent INR gets deducted when you pay with standard visa/mastercard forex exchange rate and some banks charge additional forex charges but that is minimal. If you have any zero forex card, you can avoid that extra charges
Which debit card can we use in singapore, is niyo global debit card work and is g pay work there. If we use niyo card then is it necessary to buy ez mrt card( metro card for local travel there in metro)

We went on tourist visa. I can tell you some agents who can help you with visitors visa. I don't know any agent for working visa, but wish you good luck. Hopefully through internet you'll find one and get your dream job.
We stayed on the month of November. November to February are the best season to visit Singapore, since the temperature is quite soothing and not much of monsoon.

It was around 8k per night (including taxes). However the price depends on the seasons and increases on weekends.
