Synopsis:
Kanu (Rishi Kapoor) and Timsi (Neetu Singh) are two young people barely out of college who decide to set up home and get married much against the wishes of their parents who are only too familiar with the fate of young marriages.
Kanu decides to come out of the shadow of his illustrious father and set up an advertising agency. All is going well at home and at work for the newly weds until Kanu decides to hire the services of an ace designer Nisha (Rakhee).
Nisha is the mysterious older woman with a past and Kanu is a constant reminder of her lost love.
Kanu, Timsi and Nisha find themselves entangled in an emotional saga, the struggle of Nishas past. Kanu and Timsis present and now an uncertain future.

@@rajeshpapu I’m a big Kishore Kumar fan too.. but though Md.Rafi sang only one stanza (and also the concluding lines with Lata Mangeshkar), it is full of life and I always waits for just this part when he brings so much life to the song.. it also does immense justice to the part played by Shashi Kapoor on screen in this song which is equally lively.

Rafi songs a lot. Jamarama is not biased but revealed the truth behind a feeling. All three singers sang extremely well. The higer pitched Rafi portion of the song was crafted well to match with the scene, where Sasikapoor saab enters the scene.

@@ranjinin1872 , it is because of the utter lack of talent nowadays. Even today's singers know deep in their hearts that there is no way they can even come close to the previous generation in talent. Also, the indiscriminate use of technology makes it unnecessary for today's singers to perform rigorous riyaaz or practice. Hence their voices come through as artificial and without any emotion.
