When they debuted in 2012, EXO were 12 members. They were split into two sub-units which is EXO-K (K stands for Korean) and EXO-M (M stands for Mandarin). EXO-K promoted in Korea which EXO-M made themselves known in China. EXO-K: Suho ( leader of the whole group and sub-unit) Kai (main dancer) Sehun Chanyeol Baekhyun Kyungsoo EXO-M Kris (leader of sub unit) Lay (main dancer) Tao Luhan Xiumin Chen Even though Xiumin and Chen are full Korean, they were put into the EXO-M unit, while the rest of EXO-M are full Chinese. In 2014, Kris and Luhan left the group due to issues, now they're on their own building on to their successful solo careers. In 2015 Tao filed a contract to terminate his contract with SM ENTERTAINMENT. Now since then they were left with 9 members, with Lay being the one Chinese member left. Now a days Lay hasn't been with EXO since he's working of solo projects in China and making a debut in America. Adding to the part that the countries itself are having problems themselves is making Lay be isolated almost from Korea. He's still part of EXO, he's going to come back.
EXO-K here means that the song is in Korean and the line distribution focuses on the EXO-K members. However, the members of both groups are featured in the MV, hence there’s 12 people here. The EXO-M members all appeared in second part of the song (also singing in Korean). If you check EXO-M version, its the opposite - it’s in Mandarin and the line distribution focuses on the EXO-M members and EXO-K appears in the 2nd part singing in Mandarin.
EXO-K just means its the korean version of the song. EXO-M is the manderin chinese version. In this video, they were still 12 members strong. Only 9 members left. Lay is all that's left of the Chinese members. Chen and Xiumin are actually Korean....so even though they were in EXO-M, they are still around as well. Luhan, Kris, and Tao are gone. So what you are seeing now is all of the original members. Now from Monster and forward are only 9members. Full members current: Leader Suho, Kai, Chen, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, DO Kyungsoo, Xiumin, Lay. Please have them react to EXO debut EXO-K Mama and History, check out something new like Love Shot or Ooh La La La, and have them watch the Electric Kiss Dance Practice. They'll love them all.
Exo first debuted as a group of 12 members. In the original concept the group was devided into two subunits. EXO-K: Consisting of Suho (the exo-k leader), Baekhyun, D.O., Kai, Chanyeol, and Sehun. The primary objective of Exo-k was to promote in Korea and their version of any Exo m/v was sung in Korean. EXO-M: Consisted of 4 Chinese members, Kris (the exo-m leader), Tao, Luhan, & Lay, and two Korean members Chen & Xuimin (who were given Chinese stage names to better appeal to Chinese citizens). Their primary objective was to promote Exo within China and their version of Exo m/v's where sung in Mandarin (hense exo-m) (The separation of promotion did not last long and they typically promoted as a group, although the music vids still featured the members of their respective subunit) In 2014 Kris and Luhan left the group, and with the absence of two of exo-m members they started promoting as just Exo... Finally in 2015 Tao left leaving us with the current 9 member layout we have today, and Lay as the only remaining Chinese member. Unfortunately in the most recent promotions you only get to see 8 members. In 2016 China implemented the Hallyu ban against Korean Music and Drama. This has put Exo Lay in a position of not being able to be with the group due to the government, especially since Lay is appointed the Communist Youth League of China's ambassador of publicity, leaving him in a precarious position. Hopefully the ban will be lifted and he will be able to join his group mates. There is also the subunit of EXO-CBX: This consists of Chen Baekhyun, and Xiumin. They have also released a few albums on their own, they actually did a lot of promotion in Japan. Recently there is talk of a new sub-unit forming, probably to hold down the fort as the members start their mandatory military enlistment. No official notice about the unit yet, but the rumors are that it will at least contain Chanyeol ... no idea when this will become official. Hope this helped and pardon any typos did this on my phone.
Yes they are pretty... and kind... and nice... and hardworking... and down to earth. Their baby photos and teenage photos are all out there: no plastic. They are not even human; they are from Exo Planet.
I love watching reactors spreading the word. This song has a K (Korean) version and an M (Mandarin Chinese) version. The difference (other than the song's language) is that this starts with K and then M joins them and the other starts with M and K joins them .
This was back when they were 12 members, the song is in the Korean version, and some Exo-M (Mandarin) members have some parts in the Korean version. Same for the Mandarin version, some Exo-K members sang some of the parts in Mandarin for the Mandarin version.
When exo debut it was a 12 member boy group that promoted in 2 sub units. Exo-k would sing in Korean. Exo-m would sing in Mandarin Chinese. All members could perform the songs in both languages as you see in Overdose music video. There was usually 2 videos made of the song as well. K version with the 6 Korean members(Suho,D.O,Baekhyun,Chanyeol,Kai, and Sehun) as the main focus. M version with the 4 Chinese members(Kris,Luhan,Lay,and Tao) as well as 2 Korean members (Xiumin and Chen) as the main focus. In the last part of 2013 and early 2014 Kris was having issues with management and left the group in 2014. Then Luhan left the group as well because of issues with management. Tao would leave in 2015 due to management as well. Lay is the only Chinese member remaining in the group. However, because of political discord between Korea and China he was unable to promote and tour with the group for awhile and was finally allowed back in Korea to work in the last half of 2018. Lay has his US debut solo album out and is promoting it right now so look for it. It is called Namanana.
EXO had initially 12 members, 6 Exo K and 6 EXO M but when Tao Kris and luhan left EXO then the subunits EXO K and EXO M were demolished and they were known as EXO only.K stands for korean and M stands for Mandarin(Chinese). Now there is only one Chinese member Lay left while other 3 left the group in 2014 while EXO were a new group. This MV is of 2014 when all 12 were present.
EXO-K was the subunit of EXO that sang in Korean (every member is also Korean), while EXO-M was the subunit that sang in Mandarin Chinese (4/6 members are actually Chinese, the other 2 are Korean). Even though the Korean version of Overdose was released by EXO-K, EXO-M members got the second verse. In the Chinese version, the parts switch between K and M’s members. However, Overdose is also the last song where this really occurs because a couple months after it was released, Kris, the leader of EXO-M, left and sued SM Ent. and a bit later that year, Luhan followed suit. The next song they released after Overdose was Call Me Baby, which was released under EXO (not K or M), as a ten member group, with both a Chinese and Korean version. Not too long after, Tao left, so EXO decided to officially combine, seeing as at that point they only had 1 Chinese member left, Lay, so there really wasn’t a point in having a Chinese subunit anymore.
The story for this mv is that EXO were trapped in a maze, in Lucky One they were trapped in the maze because of authority caught them and experimented them. The maze/box was also mentioned in Tempo, but in Tempo figured the way out of the maze/box.
Monster and love shot now!!! This is the main group. exo has both Korean and Chinese members. Exo-k is Korean songs. They mainly focus on Korean songs but will record usually a single in Chinese as well too which is exo-c. :)
I'm not going to repeat everything everyone else has said about EXO-K and EXO-M, just that most of their main tracks/mvs have two versions, Korean and Manderin, featuring those sub division members. So the EXO-K and M mvs are actually different, sometimes with different storylines (like in Mama) They condensed into just plain EXO when 3 of the 6 EXO-M members left the group, but still have mvs in Mandarin.
EXO Original Lineup 2 Units: K Korean M Mandarin Members: 12 This is the korean version. The distribution focuses on the k unit. In K unit its Suho, (leader), Kai (dancer), Baekhyun (singer), Chanyeol (rapper), D.O. (singer), Sehun (dancer/rapper) In M unit its Kris, Luhan, Tao, Xiumin, Chen. 3 members have left Kris Luhan Tao. This is one of the last videos they filmed with all complete members.

This MV is my favourite, I really fell in love with EXO when I saw it This is the original entire 12 member group of EXO, but it's called EXO-K because it's in Korean. EXO-M is in Mandarin. 3 of the M members have left so they don't have the K and M subgroups anymore. Please show them more EXO! You always add good commentary
Definitely have these guys react to more Exo. I can't wait to see two more Exo-l's be born, lol. That live El Dorado performance that I relentlessly campaign for would be a good one to show them. "Call Me Baby" is also a good choice.
EXO-K was the Korean unit and EXO-M their Chinese unit, before the three Chinese members left and they became one group just called EXO. Please react to EXO Uh La La dance practice!
To even begin to understand what is happening in "Overdose" you need to know a little (or a lot, LOL) of background about EXO. So, to help you out here is some information. To truly understand EXO you need to understand that EXO debuted in 2012. "Mama" is EXO's debut song and MV and It is how EXO was introduced to the world and it explains the group's concept. So to really understand EXO you really need to start from the very beginning and watch both of their "Mama" MVs. From day one EXO's concept is that they are aliens from planet EXO and they came to Earth with superpowers to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Forces. Each of the members has a superpower that is unique to them and almost every MV will have at least one if not all of them using their powers. Exo, as in exoskeleton, means "outer," so as a member of EXO they are outside the ordinary. The group's concept comes from the real term exoplanet, which is a term that is used for a planet that is outside our solar system, so their name was chosen to represent the fact that they are stars that are "out of this world" when it comes to their talents. EXO's concept is also connected to real life planetary and solar events so all of EXO's comebacks and new song releases for the main group of EXO are all connected to when eclipses and other planetary phenomenons take place. For example, their comeback for their "War" album and "Power" album coincided with when we had a solar eclipse, etc. SM Entertainment (one of the big 3 entertainment companies in Korea and around the world), the company EXO is represented by, and its founder, Lee SooMan, has all their release dates and concepts planned out for years and it all has something to do with real celestial events that are predicted to take place Now you also need to know that In the beginning there was 12 members and they were split up into 2 groups EXO-K and EXO-M. EXO-K sang and performed their songs in Korean and EXO-M sang and performed those same songs in Mandarin Chinese. EXO-K had 6 Korean members and EXO-M had 4 Chinese members and 2 Korean members. So to really understand their full origin story you have to watch both the K and the M version of "MAMA," not just the K version, because even though both the K and M versions of "Mama" feature all 12 of the members, the K version focuses on the K members and their powers and the M version focuses on the M members and their powers. Plus, this is a good opportunity for you to hear what the song sounds like in both Mandarin and Korean. Once you see "Mama" and get to know a little more about EXO's concept you will probably start to understand more of why EXO does the things they do and what makes them so special. Its the same thing for this "Overdose" MV -- there is both an EXO-K version of the song and MV and an EXO-M version of the song and MV. Although all 12 members are featured in both MVs each one showcases the members of each group to tell I little more of EXO's story. However, since then 3 of the 4 Chinese members have left the group (short answer to focus on their solo work back in China) but there is still one Chinese member left, Lay. (Any performances or MVs you watch that took place prior to May 2014 you will see all 12 of the members. Kris and Luhan left in 2014 and Tao left in 2015.) However, now, because they no longer have enough Chinese members they no longer do separate promotions where the group is split up, but they still produce all their MVs and main songs in both Korean and Mandarin they just now promote all as one big group EXO with 9 members. Not only does EXO have amazing MVs, but its always double because anytime they have a Korean version they also will have a Mandarin version, so it means they have to shoot two separate videos.Their fandom name is EXO-L because L falls right between K and M and it stands for Love. 😍Get it? EXO-K, EXO-L, EXO-M (K-L-M in the alphabet) Once you have seen "Mama" and start to understand EXO's backstory., if you watch any of their other MVs, such as their "Power" MV, it should make more sense to you if you keep in mind all the details about them being aliens with superpowers and how they are on a mission, etc. For example, their "Power" MV is all about how the Red Forces stole EXO's powers and they had to fight the robot, which was under the Red Forces control, to get their powers back. And once they got their powers back they were then sent to Earth. The one thing you have to keep in mind with all of EXO's MVs, and I really mean all of them (including EXO-CBX MVs and several of Lay's solo MVs), is that they are all connected and they all tell a little more of EXO's story and why they are on Earth, etc. In "Overdose", as in all of EXO's MVs, you have to remember that EXO 's concept is that they are aliens and they came to Earth with Superpowers. So in the "Overdose"MV they are using their powers to try and escape from the maze they are trapped in. In the song they're not overdosing on anything except love. The box that D.O. had at the beginning of the MV was full of dirt. D.O.'s superpower is the power of earth or dirt and it gives him strength so he was using it to build his strength back up so he could try and escape from the maze. They were also trying to use their powers of teleportation, fire, light, etc. But as you saw at the end of this MV, the maze has only one way in and no way out. And I think it represents and mirrors the fact that they are saying they are trapped by love and once you are in there is no way out. As the English lines in this song say: "So bad, no one can stop her ... her love, her love (is) fantasy ... Oh she wants me, Oh she's got me ... Oh she hurts me ... someone call the doctor ... (her love makes me) overdose ... too much of your love makes me overdose ... too much overdose ... Your're in my heart ... with you I can't stop", etc. This song is kind of a love song about how powerful love can be that it feels like no matter how much you try to resist it you keep getting pulled back in like a drug. However, for the storyline in the MV there might be a little more at play than just being drugged by love. Some theories say that the story in "Overdose" is connected to the story in "Lucky One" In "Overdose" the members get trapped in a maze and they can't find their way out. Some say the maze causes the members to get disoriented and sort of become incapacitated so they are unable to defend themselves. The theory speculates that some time after the end of the "Overdose" MV EXO gets captured or transferred from the maze to the government facility which we see them in in "Lucky One." In the story in the "Lucky One" MV the members are drugged and they are being experimented on to discover what makes them so special. In "Lucky One" the members use their powers to break free from the facility. And this is where some theories connect the story in their "Lucky One" MV to the story in "Ko Ko Bop." The theory is that the story in "Ko Ko Bop" is them trying to detox from the drugs they were given in the government facility in "Lucky One" and the blue Ko Ko Bop drink Shuo mixes and the members drink is to counteract the effects of the drugs in their system. That is why they act so out of it and in a drugged state in "Ko Ko Bop." As you can see ALL of EXO's MVs are connected and they are all telling a part of EXO's story. Unfortunately,, to make it even more difficult to understand, each part of the story is not necessarily in chronological order, so we as EXO-L have to become detectives and analyze every aspect of all of their teasers, MVs, songs, albums, choreography and even live performances and piece it all together to understand the story behind it all. To help you pinpoint the powers being used in their MVs and live performances here is a list of the members and what their special power is. The members powers are: EXO-K Suho : water (Fun fact: did you know that Suho in Korean means guardian, as in the guardian of EXO,? That's why as the leader of EXO, Kim Jun Myeo's stage name is Suho) Baekhyun : Light Chanyeol : fire D.O : earth (dirt) which gives him strength/force Kai : teleportation Sehun : Wind EXO-M Xiumin : snow/ice (frost) Lay : healing Chen : thunder/lightning/electricity (As you can see, Xiumin and Chen were given stage names that sounded more Chinese so they would fit in better in EXO-M because they are the Korean members of the Chinese group) The Chinese members that are no longer part of the group: Kris: Flight (He was the leader of EXO-M when they used to promote as two separate groups.) Luhan: telekinesis (control things with his mind) Tao: Controlling time I know this is a lot of information to digest, but I hope it helps you understand a little bit of why EXO is so epic and what makes Kpop so amazing. 😉.
@@Celebrenedhel40 And not only that, but most everything EXO has ever done or been involved in has been planned since pre-debut. If you really want to see how intricately everything has been orchestrated and how it always connects to their storyline, you should watch their pre-debut teaser videos. If you know any of EXO's songs, you will soon discover that most of the songs that they released even years after debut were songs that were teased to in their teaser videos even before fans knew who EXO was. That just goes to show you why we say that everything EXO does comes back to their storyline. :D Absolutely everything has been planned out down to the most minute detail for years in advance and for years to come. However, not all of the songs you hear in the teasers are songs that made it to the albums, or maybe they are songs that haven't been released yet. There are several songs we hear in the teasers that we have only heard in the teaser so far. I'm not sure if they are songs that just haven't been released yet or if they are songs that may never exist as a full song. As an EXO-L we just have to keep paying attention to everything EXO does to see where EXO's story takes us.
When they debuted EXO are originally 12 members, split into 6 EXO K members who sings in korean and the other 6, in exo m who sings the same songs in mandarin. Exo k promotes in korea and exo m promotes in china. After the debut album, they promote together but still have korean and chinese versions where both sing. for this mini album title track, overdose, they have different choreo for k and m versions but both subgroups promote together. For the exo k version, exo k members sing first verse and exo m on 2nd verse, exo k rappers do the rap. For exo m version, exo m members for 1st verse, exo k on the 2nd verse and exo m does the rap. In the album, there’s chinese and korean version. Same songs, different language. Same goes for albums XOXO (title track wolf), Growl (title track Growl), Exodus (title track Call Me Baby), Love Me Right (title track Love Me Right) and so on. Please do check out their discography. Please react to ElyXiOn (their latest concert tour) i’ll reply the links when i find them ^^ i’ll look for the seoul one bec the japan is kind of restricted. But don’t worry about the seoul one, it’s safe!
The ones i linked are the opening and ending of the concert! Please do check them out in full bec the transitions between songs are amazing, they perform chunks of songs straight 20-30 min per section of the concert and these are well arranged together. The live album to the encore concert of this concert tour is also available on spotify! Live vocals are amazing!! Better than the studio version!
EXO K are consist of Kai, Chanyeol, Suho, Baekhyun, DO and Sehun EXO M consists of Chen, Xiumin, Lay, Tao, Kris and luhan (Luhan, Kris and Tao are not members of EXO now)

That waa back when EXO still rockin with 12 members in da Squad but nowadays only 9 is remain and you should react to Exo Fanchants and Their live stage
Lay (zhang yi xing) is also one of the "main dancer" 😉 and you really should react to his mv : sheep (feat Alan walker), what u need, give le a chance, lose contrôle...) 😉 🇫🇷
EXO are originally 12 members splitting into 2 sub-units... EXO-K and EXO-M... EXO-K promoting in Korea... EXO -M promoting in China... ❤❤❤❤ their names are... EXO-K SUHO (leader of the sub-unit and EXO) BAEKHYUN (main vocalist) CHANYEOL (main rapper) DO (main vocalist) KAI (main dancer) SEHUN (rapper) EXO-M KRIS (leader of sub-unit) LUHAN (vocalist) XIUMIN (vocalist) CHEN (main vocalist... one of the best) LAY (main dancer) TAO (rapper) Although they have so many main vocalists but each has their own unique voices like DO... DO has a groovy voice if you react to their Christmas Day live you'll see why... Chen can hit pretty high notes without a problem... Baekhyun also hits those high notes but not like Chen... and for Luhan and Xiumin they are like the background vocals they do have lines but not like the rest... Chanyeol, Sehun, Kris, and Tao are the rappers; Chanyeol being the main one... so that's my point for you guys
4:24 - Guy hears naege, "What'd he say? It sounded like he said something." ☺ I've listened to so much kpop that every time this question comes up, I'm like, "Ok, let me handle this." Naege (내게), does sound like the "N" word, but in Korean it means "to me" or "me."
It would be awesome to watch a guide for exo^^ there are a lot of guides from Exo so if you want a Suggestion let me know and I will share some of my favourits, with you^^ thank you so much for appreciating exo and share your love with your friends 😊❤️👌
Lay is main dancer for exo m and kai is for exo k but now with 9 members they do have sehun, lay and kai for main dancers watch one and only in exordium to see their dance
EXO was decided into EXO-K ( 6 members, sing in korean and promote in korea) and EXO-M (6 members, sing in Chinese and promote in china) so basically they release the same song but in two languages (2 versions of the same song, with mvs). When three members of EXO-M left there was no balance between EXO-K and EXO-M so they had to come up with another solution and decided to gather all the members under one group that is EXO. Yet, they still release Chinese versions of their songs till now. This song is sang in korean that's why it's written EXO-K, there is another Chinese version of EXO-M you can check it out if you want. Hope it's clear
When they first started, SM (record company) had an idea.....one storyline of two groups under one name, EXO...so u have EXO K (KOREA) and EXO M (MANDARIN)...both groups would do the same song in their native tongue and have all the members from both group have matching superpowers from someone in the other group....the storyline was actually not bad.....watch a MV called "MAMA"....both Korean and Mandarin, that is their debut song from 2009 or 2010....but with time it got harder and harder for some members, so they decided to walk away....and that was when SM decided to just combine what members they had left from both group and we have just EXO.....you all might know one of the ex members....he became an actor.....his name is Chris Wu.. He was in the movie "The Great Wall" with Matt Damon and also in the newest XXX film withIn Diesel....check him out....I hope this helped a little....good luck
Chris, I've just binge watched all your EXO reactions LOL. Good stuff. I'd love to see their reaction to more recent videos/dance practices. I also think it's a good idea to watch some EXO guides so you have a better idea of who is in the group. I do love how much you like my boys. Thanks for all the great content!
Exo-K and Exo-M merged after their second album release when Kris, Luhan, and Tao (?) left the group & SM Entertainment, so all their music since then is just under the name Exo, even when they release their Chinese versions 😊
Exo-k members . Suho (Exo-K leader) Baekhyun Chanyeol D.O Kai(Main dancer) Sehun(lead dancer) Exo-M members. Kris (Exo-M leader) He left Xiumin(Lead dancer) Luhan(lead dancer)He left Lay(main dancer) Chen Tao(lead dancer) He left But we love 😍😍 Please react to Exo 'Wolf' ' Growl' ' "love me right" Exo'rdium Wolf remix live😉😉.
Exo-k it mean the sub unit which sings in korean and it composed by Kai Suho the leader Baekhyun Chanyeol Sehun the youngest D.O And EXO-M is the sub unit which sings in mandarin (chinese): Xiumin(korean member) Chen(korean member) Kris the leader Lay Luhan Tao the youngest Exo-k sings in korea in korean Exo-m sings in china in mandarin They debuted in 2012 as one united band as 12members And their fans called exo-L In alphabet we have k and then L and then M as like both of sub units are protecting exo-Ls which is in the middle of them.. Also exo-L L is mean lovers so exoLs mean the lovers of exo Exo-K+EXO-L+EXO-L=we are one!
EXO are 12... Kris Suho Luhan Tao Sehun Kai Chen Xiumin Chanyeol Baekhyun DO Lay... The meaning of Overdose is that the guy is overdosed on her and trying to get her back... EXO-K wore the black and EXO-M are the ones with white... not to confuse anyone!!!
They are all original EXO EXO was originally a 12 member group (now 9 because 3 left) but they were divided into 2 sub uniteds: EXO-K who would sing in Korean (that why they are K) and only promote in Korea And EXO-M who would sing the Chinese (Mandarin, the M) version of their song and promote in China. That why in the Korean version of their music videos you only really see 6 members singing, just like in the Chinese versions only the other 6 sing. But with their MV for Wolf ( or Growl, i can’t remember) is when they join and all 12 members sing both K and M versions. And after that they just decided to make every video with all 12 members in each version I’m sorry if I confused you even more😅😅😅😅
There was a Chinese member among EXO members. But as soon as it became popular in Asia, it fled to China. He left the party on a ridiculous excuse, and now he only works as a Korean member. EXO "k" Korea I'm just working with EXO right now.
You should show them Kai focus camera performing tempo at the showcase (but only after they watch the MV of course! And maybe a live performance too ? I suggest the one from Show Msuic Core on the 03/11/18 - ua-cam.com/video/hQntl1zxiuk/v-deo.html ). Here is the link for the focus camera ua-cam.com/video/Q-VX60sGRjo/v-deo.html
Friend: "Is that a guy?" Chris: "Yes, they're just that pretty!" Absolute facts! Too funny.
This tickled ma hhaha
i snorted at this one xD
I literally laughed my ass off.
I aspire to be quarter as pretty as these boys. I’m a girl. 😆
When they debuted in 2012, EXO were 12 members. They were split into two sub-units which is EXO-K (K stands for Korean) and EXO-M (M stands for Mandarin). EXO-K promoted in Korea which EXO-M made themselves known in China.
EXO-K:
Suho ( leader of the whole group and sub-unit)
Kai (main dancer)
Sehun
Chanyeol
Baekhyun
Kyungsoo
EXO-M
Kris (leader of sub unit)
Lay (main dancer)
Tao
Luhan
Xiumin

Even though Xiumin and Chen are full Korean, they were put into the EXO-M unit, while the rest of EXO-M are full Chinese. In 2014, Kris and Luhan left the group due to issues, now they're on their own building on to their successful solo careers. In 2015 Tao filed a contract to terminate his contract with SM ENTERTAINMENT. Now since then they were left with 9 members, with Lay being the one
Chinese member left. Now a days Lay hasn't been with EXO since he's working of solo projects in China and making a debut in America. Adding to the part that the countries itself are having problems themselves is making Lay be isolated almost from Korea. He's still part of EXO, he's going to come back.
Hahahaha...u for got..CBX😂😂
I don't understand why SM put the title as EXO-K - Overdose while EXO-M is literally exist and singing in this MV. Can you explain that please ?
@@daewakilat1842 It's because this is the Korean version.
When OT12 was a thing, they performed together in MV's regardless of their unit.
@@daewakilat1842 there's also an EXO-M Overdose version. and they are all there also

EXO L's is the name of the Fandom of EXO. You should watch EXO L'S Fanchants
Your friends are fun and it always a good time watching other's discovering kpop.
Yeah they are awesome haha. I find it fun introducing people to Kpop and hearing their opinions at the beginning and at the end ahaha
EXO-K just means its the korean version of the song. EXO-M is the manderin chinese version. In this video, they were still 12 members strong. Only 9 members left. EXO-K:
Consisting of Suho (the exo-k leader), Baekhyun, D.O., Kai, Chanyeol, and Sehun. The primary objective of Exo-k was to promote in Korea and their version of any Exo m/v was sung in Korean.
EXO-M:
Consisted of 4 Chinese members, Kris (the exo-m leader), Tao, Luhan, & Lay, and two Korean members Chen & Xuimin (who were given Chinese stage names to better appeal to Chinese citizens). Their primary objective was to promote Exo within China and their version of Exo m/v's where sung in Mandarin (hense exo-m)
(The separation of promotion did not last long and they typically promoted as a group, although the music vids still featured the members of their respective subunit)
In 2014 Kris and Luhan left the group, and with the absence of two of exo-m members they started promoting as just Exo...
React to Power, Kokobop, Sing for you, for life, and many more
Tell them Exo Officially K-pop industry Kings ! And best vocal group
Thanks for lovely reaction exo 💓💓
They are called EXO when the 3 members left (kris, luhan and tao)
My Exo kings of kpop
Thank you for reactions and more exo please
Yes please show them more Exo.
The story for this mv is that EXO were trapped in a maze, in Lucky One they were trapped in the maze because of authority caught them and experimented them.
The maze/box was also mentioned in Tempo, but in Tempo figured the way out of the maze/box.
“ThAtS a GuY” … “yeah dude there just that pretty”
Monster and love shot now!!! This is the main group. exo has both Korean and Chinese members. Exo-k is Korean songs. They mainly focus on Korean songs but will record usually a single in Chinese as well too which is exo-c. :)
EXO is always ahead of their time. this MV was made years ago, and their style was already for 2019
I'm not going to repeat everything everyone else has said about EXO-K and EXO-M, just that most of their main tracks/mvs have two versions, Korean and Manderin, featuring those sub division members. So the EXO-K and M mvs are actually different, sometimes with different storylines (like in Mama)
They condensed into just plain EXO when 3 of the 6 EXO-M members left the group, but still have mvs in Mandarin.
EXO Original Lineup
2 Units: K Korean M Mandarin

This MV is my favourite, I really fell in love with EXO when I saw it
This is the original entire 12 member group of EXO, but it's called EXO-K because it's in Korean.
Arrrr yeah...perfect!!
EXO K are Korean members while EXO M are the Chinese members but 2 of them (Chen and Xiumin) are korean
EXO they are kings 😍😍😍😢😢😢 love them. This is my favorite song
I had a lot of fun watching this.. your friends were fun
SM Entertainment (one of the big 3 entertainment companies in Korea and around the world), the company EXO is represented by, and its founder, Lee SooMan, has all their release dates and concepts planned out for years and it all has something to do with real celestial events that are predicted to take place
Now you also need to know that In the beginning there was 12 members and they were split up into 2 groups EXO-K and EXO-M.
😍Get it? EXO-K, EXO-L, EXO-M (K-L-M in the alphabet)
Once you have seen "Mama" and start to understand EXO's backstory., if you watch any of their other MVs, such as their "Power" MV, it should make more sense to you if you keep in mind all the details about them being aliens with superpowers and how they are on a mission, etc.
That is why they act so out of it and in a drugged state in "Ko Ko Bop."
As you can see ALL of EXO's MVs are connected and they are all telling a part of EXO's story.
The members powers are:
EXO-K
Suho : water (Fun fact: did you know that Suho in Korean means guardian, as in the guardian of EXO,? That's why as the leader of EXO, Kim Jun Myeo's stage name is Suho)
Baekhyun : Light
Chanyeol : fire
D.O : earth (dirt) which gives him strength/force
Kai : teleportation
Sehun : Wind
EXO-M
Xiumin : snow/ice (frost)
Lay : healing
Chen : thunder/lightning/electricity
(As you can see, Xiumin and Chen were given stage names that sounded more Chinese so they would fit in better in EXO-M because they are the Korean members of the Chinese group)
The Chinese members that are no longer part of the group:
Kris: Flight (He was the leader of EXO-M when they used to promote as two separate groups.)
Luhan: telekinesis (control things with his mind)
Tao: Controlling time
I know this is a lot of information to digest, but I hope it helps you understand a little bit of why EXO is so epic and what makes Kpop so amazing. 😉.
Milinda Wilson Wow! Thank you very much for the detail info! 😵👍👍👍
😲 I had no idea it was that intricate! 😁
React to EXO debut song MAMA both in Korean and Chinese
Please...
Mama mv is perfect💘
I would certainly recommended "The Eve" and "Monster" dance practices because they are quite fantastic to watch.

Exo-k is the main group. It's the Korean group. They have a Chinese speaking group as well.
brings so much memories... ot12 :
EXO are originally 12 members splitting into 2 sub-units... EXO-K and EXO-M... EXO-K promoting in Korea... EXO -M promoting in China... ❤❤❤❤ their names are...
EXO-K
SUHO (leader of the sub-unit and EXO)
BAEKHYUN (main vocalist)
CHANYEOL (main rapper)
DO (main vocalist)
KAI (main dancer)
SEHUN (rapper)
EXO-M
KRIS (leader of sub-unit)
LUHAN (vocalist)
XIUMIN (vocalist)
CHEN (main vocalist... one of the best)
LAY (main dancer)
TAO (rapper)
Although they have so many main vocalists but each has their own unique voices like DO...
It sounded like he said something." ☺ I've listened to so much kpop that every time this question comes up, I'm like, "Ok, let me handle this."
Naege (내게), does sound like the "N" word, but in Korean it means "to me" or "me."

Show the Exo Kai's fancam..especially his fancam in Tempo..
Bruh hidden leaf homies hahahah. So great.
Chris, I've just binge watched all your EXO reactions LOL. Good stuff. I'd love to see their reaction to more recent videos/dance practices. Exo-k it mean the sub unit which sings in korean and it composed by
Kai
Suho the leader
Baekhyun
Chanyeol
Sehun the youngest
D.O
And EXO-M is the sub unit which sings in mandarin (chinese):
Xiumin(korean member)
Chen(korean member)
Kris the leader
Lay
Luhan
Tao the youngest
Exo-k sings in korea in korean
Exo-m sings in china in mandarin
They debuted in 2012 as one united band as 12members
And their fans called exo-L
In alphabet we have k and then L and then M as like both of sub units are protecting exo-Ls which is in the middle of them..
Also exo-L L is mean lovers so exoLs mean the lovers of exo
Exo-K+EXO-L+EXO-L=we are one!
You should watch "What Is Love?" (Korean ver.), one of their debut songs. Written by Teddy Riley, so you know it's good :)

The meaning of Overdose is that the guy is overdosed on her and trying to get her back... EXO-K wore the black and EXO-M are the ones with white... not to confuse anyone!!!
its already 2019 and you are still playing overdose... tempo and love shot exist. monster too duh
This video has all of EXO in it. Not just EXO k
Check Exo's guide by Mouma K
They are all original EXO
EXO was originally a 12 member group (now 9 because 3 left) but they were divided into 2 sub uniteds: EXO-K who would sing in Korean (that why they are K) and only promote in Korea
And EXO-M who would sing the Chinese (Mandarin, the M) version of their song and promote in China.
That why in the Korean version of their music videos you only really see 6 members singing, just like in the Chinese versions only the other 6 sing.
But with their MV for Wolf ( or Growl, i can’t remember) is when they join and all 12 members sing both K and M versions.
And after that they just decided to make every video with all 12 members in each version
I’m sorry if I confused you even more😅😅😅😅
Show them Kai focus fancams please! He is such an amazing dancer!
React to Exo - Love shot if u haven't already & Also Kokobop :) 💕

Show them Kai tempo focus ❤️❤️

There was a Chinese member among EXO members.
But as soon as it became popular in Asia, it fled to China.
He left the party on a ridiculous excuse, and now he only works as a Korean member.
EXO "k" Korea
I'm just working with EXO right now.
Imagine this is in 2014
Please do a reaction video of both MV and dance practice of NAMANANA by Lay (Chinese EXO member) ❤
