Good tips in general, but more precision about Universal Soldier Aiming, there is a formula to get the right setting actually, since it's linked to your display ratio "By default, the uniform soldier aiming coefficient is set at 133% (1.33). If you multiply the height of your display by 1.33, the result will be the width of your display if it was a 4:3 ratio display. With 16:9, if you multiply the height of your display by 1.777, the result will be the width of your display if it's 16:9 ratio. So with 16:9, you should use either 177% or 178%. For 21:9 display ratio, coefficient should be set to 233%."
It's a personal taste, but I read on mouse-sensitivity forum that it's good to get used to 0%, as it's good for a long term accuracy improvement with a good control, and a lot of other benefits (100%+ is only short-term improvement with some drawbacks). I experienced it first by playing Apex Legends only some time ago, as this game uses 0%. Then I played 177% when I returned to BF4, and I was inconsistent again. Solid tips. I want to emphasize the usefulness of the damage numbers. The final number you put on someone basically shows the percent damage you have done to them and can be incredibly useful on deciding to rechallenge someone quickly or stay behind cover. There have been a lot of occasions where I would have taken cover and regained health but saw the enemy was one shot away from death so I took the challenge. Also, just a gripe toward Dice and the terrible vehicle control options, forget about the TV missile sharing vehicle sensitivity) (which is ridiculous), but why do helos and jets share the same sensitivity? They fly completely differently and basically force you to optimize for one or the other. I'm convinced this is a major reason why most people can't fly jets well in this game. If they ever split these out, the TV missile can share the jet control sensitivity.
One minor thing, on PC, Casper Drone sensitivity don’t seem to be effected by Vehicle sensitivity. I tried changing the numbers, but nothing seems to work. It might be just based on solider hip fire sensitivity.
In my testing I found that the aim sens has no effect on the tv missiles max turn rate which is low enough that vehicle sens only comes into play when making micro adjustments.

i wish they’d change the size of the damage indicator by how much damage you took, doesn’t make sense that you can be shot by a sniper and lose half your health but get a small notch for the damage indicator

One setting that all console players should set to off as soon as they can is "Crossplay enabled." This will make life so much better for you if you play on Console.

Does it bother anyone else that the squad leader icon is two triangles stacked in the mini map? 3:23 It looks like it's supposed to be a star but it's not quite designed right and for the longest time I thought it was a display bug. They should have just kept it an arrow in the mini map, honestly not sure what the point of it being a wonky star is.

I am CONSTANTLY getting DirectX function errors. DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED and DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG only in Battlefield though.. Warzone and other games not a problem
Little note about the FOV, at least on console it uses verticle FOV while most games use horizontal, so for example 90 FOV horizontal which is the standard thing for most people would be 59 vertical in this game. (That being on an aspect ratio of 16:9 of course)
So very helpful. I would sit and watch a one hour video on someone thoroughly explaining all of the various settings and breaking them down and giving examples like you did with various options in this video. Because it appears, with how technical so many of the settings are.....and in depth, I will NEVER get each and every one of my settings set to their full potential. Thanks again.

Extensive options is a stretch for words considering previous titles have had massive improvements in accessibility and and hud options such as changing colors and icon opacity, can't tell you how many times I have failed to kill someone because the objective icon was blocking my view of the enemy and spotting them
Anyone else having problems with the satellite loading screen bug when you open the game and it stucks there in a constant loop? I've been having this problem since I bought the game almost a month ago. Does someone have a solution please?
Vehicle sensitivity seems to have no affect or at least an extremely small one on liz missiles on console (Xbox) meanwhile I see pc players turning it on a dime 😔
0% coefficient is the way to good in my opinion tracking is awesome plus it alouds you to scale your input, using all finger, wrist, and arm. give you a better sens of aiming
Hi TCW, Can you please also suggest any AUDIO hacks? I am using Massdrop version Focal headset which are pretty high-end and still the audio feels rather generic and inaccurate almost when it comes to hearing footsteps in certain direction. I am on stereo setting on the headphones in Audio and the quality of audio is grossly subpar. My soundcard is Asus Essence STX II on 192 khz etc, I also have an external RME dac/amp but I am 100% certain that it wont make any audio qualify difference as well, as I have tested with other games and currently the external DAC/amp isnt connected. For gaming audio STXII soundcard also sounds better to my ears.
Good question. I‘m not using it myself cause I never felt like it had a huge advantage. I feel like the game runs better and more stable without it. But I haven’t tested it a lot.

I’m glad I found your account. On the collection screen in the lists of weapons there are white and orange dots to the right of the weapons. What do they indicate?
They show the mastery for each weapon. One dot is Mastery 3, two are Mastery 6 and so on. When the dots are red you have reached mastery 40 and will receive a red/black skin for this weapon and a player card badge.

I have both at 100. It's definitely helpful, but you also loose a bit of control over your aim. Especially when there are several targets close to each other. It's a double edged sword.
Hey, TheCadWoman I went in on the Aim Trainer experience aim pretty good but I could always improve 😆 Well I started in immediately just sighting in on the AI players as targets then began to let my weapon rip... accuracy was pretty good hit ratio was good. I readjusted a bit in my chair and threw everything off a bit.. I wasn't even thinking about that part. Moved again and I was fine.. I called myself getting a bit to creative and started just experimenting with some c4 sticky bombs throwing it down the AI players... Now normally I would have stuck to the mission just aim practicing but i let my curiosity get the best of me. I detonated the c4... 😏 Went to look around and was looking at the weapons left on the ground where the explosion went off... As the re-spawning was still going on for the AI players I was running from toward a AI player from its rear right side shoulder side and i stopped with my back facing it. The AI performed a take down maneuver on me and slit my throat...🤣🤣🤣🤔 I said what the heck..... Was that a developer that did that or jumped in to take a look to have a little revenge.. I was laughing so hard... I tried to step in front of the AI players again with back facing towards them again to see if I could replicate this again.. No lottery there.. I was like that was so Awesome if the AI just acted out but it made me think of some of these documentaries about AI. Either way that was Awesome.. I didn't know if you had ever had this happen before to you while making all these guides, videos tips etc. for us..💯👍 I just found it very interesting...☺

That’s a great point. I can’t fly jets if my life depended on it. It makes no sense to me either.
Hello. New to your channel. Love it so far. Just something you forget to talk in the FOV is the visual recoil is less when using a high FOV.
When are the adding a real hardcore mode?? Like we had in bf3 an 4?? An getting rid of cross play??

Hello, what mouse sensitivity do you use in the soldier's game and what is the dpi of the mouse? On the computer.
I‘m using 30 as sensitivity on 600dpi.
8:24 is not true, when testing with kovaak sensitivity matcher ads never equals the the hipfire sensitivity at 100% ads...not for me anyways

I'm using the normal stereo setting in 2042 which works best for me. Surround is too overwhelming.

No idea but it does indeed feel a lot easier to do hipfire kills on PC compared to console.
If u slide, is your shooting time also slower if fast run is on?
