It would be sad if it were true. I am in the U.S. also and it took me a long time of watching and listening for what is true and sadly...almost everything said was untrue. Pure manipulation. Go research on your own and you will see. There is a lot of content around showing this...people just need to look. It bothers me to see people who seem like good people falling for this act...and trust me it is an act. When most people realize it they just leave and don't come back. I wish people would stay and help the good people in the area. There are some really good people in this area and some of them are the people he is trying to cause issues for in this video.

1. Keep your compound/home private, don't invite many people in there, it's not wise at all.
2. Don't allow anyone to take videos of your compound especially your fundis, it's the kind of habit that could be insidious in the long run.
3. Avoid hosting random UA-camrs into your house, there are plenty of Guest houses around to accommodate them.
4. Let your neighbours be your neighbours. Don't intervene in solving their life problems at all.
5. Don't do collabos with everyone you come across with. Most people don't do that. It makes you become easy and cheap.
6.Reduce the level of interaction with people surrounding you.
7, concentrate on your channel, family and businesses more than anything.

I was 22yrs old when I was called to HR at my job to translate for this fellow Caribbean man that couldn’t speak a word in English and help him secure the job. ...Have contracts with workers and get a payroll manager to manage the workforce professionally. Let the workers get off days, sick leave and annual leave as spelt out in the Labour Laws. There must be salary scale for Nyabohanse. His workers think he should divide his money by half with them. If you have a contract spelling out the duties and the wages expected, it makes things easier. He will protect himself from the workers and other UA-camrs maligning his name.

Considering the situation in Marwa's village I don't think these workers have bank accounts, or Marwa should pay them using bank receipts, I don't think we who are living abroad we do have the privilege of using our bank account to pay everything either with our debt cards or your bank. Checks, but It takes discipline and time to manage your bank checks, you have to have your receipts of what is going out and coming. If I was Marwa I would have done the same, pay the workers with cash .
