BABY DROIDS! BD-X "Droids in Training" Full Appearance in Galaxy's Edge Disneyland

The BDX Droids in Training appear in Galaxy's Edge daily (weather permitting) throughout the Star Wars Season of the Force at Disneyland, which continues through June 2. The droids usually appear around the area outside the Droid Depot or the courtyard near First Order Cargo intermittently between 11am and 4pm. When I filmed them they were out at 1:30pm for about 20 minutes.
"BDX droids were developed with new technologies from the Disney Research and Walt Disney Imagineering Research & Development departments, whose work enables mechanical characters like the droids to "interact" with park guests. The BDX droids revealed to the public by Disney Imagineers in an October 2023 live test, where three "droids-in-training" roamed the Disneyland Park Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge location as a "play test," during which the droids displayed the ability to overcome uneven ground and even dance, all without losing their balance. At that time, it was not confirmed if the BDX would be a permanent part of Galaxy's Edge. On April 5, 2024, it was confirmed the droids would appear as a limited time feature during the Season of the Force event."

I know a lot of people into amateur robotics. To make these guys bounce and dance - that is really remarkable. That is super-advanced. The jump…that is amazing.
The effect would be a lot more realistic if the guys controlling them were hidden. They could easily be controlled long distance.
