Nian Gao 年 糕 (Homemade) Simple, quick & easy

This traditional "Nian Gao" during olden days take 12hrs to steam it. But now because we caramelized the sugar so it takes only 3hrs to steam it.We also use glutinous rice flour instead of milling the glutinous rice.Its easier & quick.
Ingredient
500g sugar
500 glutinous rice flour
Banana leaves.
