5 star Scarlita is really just the entrance ticket to enter top 20 in most servers.

I would drop Lumont and Reinier and put in Arden and Damian in your group. Reinier is anti-synergy with your aoe setup, he's pulling a unit out of the Eironn cluster and if you notice, that's what gets you killed in one fight. Alsa is very high burst and your Lumont is anti-synergy with burning the enemy team down in the opener, you need another high damage aoe unit to take down the enemy, which Arden does. You don't need the tank in this comp, if you don't take the entire enemy out quick with Alsa/Ulmus you are probably going to lose anyway.

Here's two fun off meta teams i use to beat up on A-A-ron teams that I think you will LOVE, the first one in particular features some of your favorites and i've had great success vs Arena 3 A-A-ron comps
Lumont, Phaestro, Alsa, Bryon, and Damian. put lumont on the tile behind fake phaestro for the damage reduction, and make sure they are both one tile back so lumont can block thoran if they have him on the side, alsa is your corner map carry behind real phaestro for energy buff. bryon and damian can pretty much sit anywhere between the phaestros. Bryon will Absolutely nuke thoran, and alsa will dive and destroy the back line while putting up barriers that make it difficult for Eiron/thoran to run around
the second team is great on Arena 2, My version of it is very stacked though. It runs Kafra, Reiner, Rowan, Vala, and Phaestro putting rowan behind the illusion and Vala behind the Real Phaestro, Swap arden or Carolina with Kafra and watch them get completely melted.
I'd also like to point out that everyone put kafra in the garbage tier (fairly more or less) because he jumps in and dies, this is easier to fix these days with things like M+ Rowan, M+ Reiner, Phaestro, etc. I cannot stress how much of a counter to Eiron teams he actually is if you genuinely invest into him and get the tools working for him. He also pairs extremely well with alsa....Seriously barry, Go read my boys kit and consider really looking into him I know how much you appreciate Alsa and he is probably one of the best units to pair with her.

I'd like some game play with ulmus swapped out for Thoran in the meta Eironn, Arden, Carolina, Damien team. I'm thinking about pulling him but I can't find any gameplay of this.

There's no point of proving Ulmus by fighting around rank 10-20. You need to be top 5 to prove some hero really enters Meta.

The hero for burst ur missing is Bryon!

Maxed out Bryon does insane amount of damage, specially in dream realm. And the fact it comes back alive is huge.
