You should be able to build TO247 by modify TO220, because TO247 is similar to TO220. And you can quick build TO220 model from Flotherm XT default library.
Real MOSFET material different library MOSFET material different sir Real MOSFET copper and plastic but library MOSFET material different sir both are not matching??
Default model in library is just for reference. Geometry and material maybe different with yours. If your model are using copper and plastic, you can setup real material in Flotherm XT.
