The skills, ingenuity and talents required for the two disciplines are worlds apart. Add in that sim racing is by its very name a simulation and the level of commitment required for real racing, development, repair, travelling / transporting, race prep, testing, racing, and so on, means that you are really on a totally different level of hobby. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy sim racing but there’s nothing that compares to a bacon butty on a Sunday morning stood under a glorified gazebo in the pissing rain at Croft or Lydden Hill and having a chat about the various merits of curry houses across the nation. 😀 Great job of documenting the journey and I hope you have plans to do something similar next year. *Spot on about the marshals, their commitment to motorsport makes it all possible, can’t thank them enough*

Same here! Only it was was Project Binky 33 that came up on the recommended panel and when I heard the phrase "Billy Big Balls here is confident in his own ability....", when referring to the paint guy, Tony doing the C&P, I just had to watch the first episode from 2013, right through to the episode 33 again. The humour is so so refreshing and right up my street, especially since Woke! Then when I finished the almost 8 year Binkyathon, it was onto Bargain Racement and what a great gesture at the end!!!!! I just cannot believe it's taken so long for this to have been recommended in the first place, but also pleased as I was able to watch the lot over three days (including this) instead of waiting all those years like some folk have. Absolutely brilliant lads!
Oh that ending, 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Your acknowledgement of the voluntary race workers is appreciated and the donation of the car and partnership donations was without a doubt one of the greatest things one can do

Well done Gentlemen, the car, the fabrication, the filming, the racing and finally donating it to charity. Chapeau. As for the massive member(s) of the BOM Team. How about a short behind the scenes? Also, thanks for the shoutout to all the marshalls, Without any single one of them no races would be possible at all (or even the "Touristenfahrten" on the Nordschleife). This, as always, has been epic!
Boys, you are quite simply a class act. I loved the series, I love the cause, and you have proven without shadow of a doubt that motosport people are some of the best there is.
Oh and as a marshal, my wife was disgusting at me sitting smiling at the thankyou to the marshals section lol. Wish there was more racing in the south west.
I've really enjoyed this series, thank you for making it! I've spent a good deal of time around motor racing paddocks as a spectator, a scrutineer, a photographer and a hanger-on, and this has been a really cool insight into the competitor's point of view. Also it reminds me how much I've missed the atmosphere over the last year or so! Lovely to see a shout out to the marshalls, too: when I was doing a lot of motorsports photography I used to make a point of getting a few shots of the orange army at work. As you say, without mashalls there is no motorsport. Looking forward to the return of Binky and the Escargot.
I’ll be honest, I didn’t watch these when you uploaded them because I was grouchy it had seemed to replace the Binky content, but this was utterly fantastic and the donation to charity at the end couldn’t have been better. This is one of those rare moments UA-cam recommended me the first episode and here I am, two days later, watching the last one. I really enjoyed it, can't wait for what's next, I am subscribed now.
Outfucking standing. Couldn’t of been a better ending. Have loved every episode. Top work
Oh that ending, 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Your acknowledgement of the voluntary race workers is appreciated and the donation of the car and partnership donations was without a doubt one of the greatest things one can do
Loved this series!! To see the car handed to such a worthy charity is the perfect ending!! Looking forward to what’s coming soonish!! 🤘😎🤘
This Mini Series has been and is one my favourites on the channel... well no it isn't, the whole channel deserves to be my favourite.
Glorious episode as usual. Best channel on UA-cam by a country mile.
This Veteran applauds you guys. Just brilliant.
Welcome to the team, Ben!
Boys, you are quite simply a class act. I loved the series, I love the cause, and you have proven without shadow of a doubt that motosport people are some of the best there is.
That's just so perfect as a conclusion to the series. Thank you for a touching and uplifting moment.
So much respect for you both and all that helped with the C1 race car project, and what a great cause to donate to
Crash helmets off to you
Loved the series and brilliant to see you supporting Mission Motorsport.
Loved this series, and what a joy to suddenly remember that it's Saturday BOM have uploaded. Top work guys
I’ll be honest, I didn’t watch these when you uploaded them because I was grouchy it had seemed to replace the Binky content, but this was utterly fantastic and the donation to charity at the end couldn’t have been better. I’d love to see more racing content like this from you! Brilliant, fantastic work. Thanks.
I enjoyed this series way more than I thought I would, especially the racing, honestly wouldn't mind seeing more series like this in the future, good stuff lads. I came for the mini stayed for the the fantastic content and thorough way you guys build and modify cars.
Well done you blokes, and a great cause to support, so mad props to all the sponsors that came on board and aided in making this magnificence possible.
Thank you so much for taking the time to create this series. Some good laughs and great racing went a long way in improving my mental health this year
I love this from you Brits, you hold true to tradition and respect. Thank you. From a Canadian viewer.... and by the way, we have the best marshals and volunteers! :-D
Quite something that, I might just have something in my eye, very well done both of you ,and Ben !.....
Men of character. Props, lads. BOM steps up from entertainment and education to setting an example. And we love you all the more for it.
