I absolutely agree that I can except a loss, if I know the judge acted according to civil procedure, administrative law, and the rules of evidence as they are written. For instance i had an experience where the judge was not asserting her power. she was giving the respondents preference in how many witnesses I could have, and which witnesses I could have to prove the violations in my complaint. I didn't believe the respondent should have had a say. I was requesting a subpoena from the judge, not the respondent.
