Thank you for this! I couldn’t figure it out without this part. So nice to answer the person who questioned this part with a video. It’s greatly appreciated!

I cannot figure out how this barrel knot is good for finishing the rosary if one strand goes through the knot. If you pull the both sides of rosary apart, doesn't that end slips out of the knot?

I am thinking like you. This doesn’t sound solid enough. A child could pry it apart.

Do you take out the stuffing of the para cord before you make the knots and attach all the beads, medals and crucifix to make it easier to manipulate the para cord? I have seen other videos of making para cord rosaries with beads and such and they recommend taking the stuffing out of the paracord and just leaving the shell to make the knots simpler to tie out and the passage through the middle diameter bead holes simpler. What is your opinion on this stuffing removal method if I may ask? Thank you in advance for your responses. All the best, Jorge from NYC.

Normally I start making the rosary at the crucifix and then work my way towards the decades. I recommend watching my first video to know how to start it: ua-cam.com/video/iudxltvD748/v-deo.html
Once you got all the beads on the cord, you can close it off when you have 2 decades on one side and 3 on the other. Hope this helps!
